Chloe reassures Daniel, Billy prepares to leave town, and Jack hires Avery.
Michael joins Lauren and Fen at Gloworm. Phyllis enters and Fen goes to see Gloria. Phyllis tells Michael and Lauren how worried she is about Lucy. Michael says he's already filed to get Daniel's parental rights restored.
Chloe and Delia are at Billy and Vikki's house. Chloe and Billy reassure Delia about his trip to L.A. Vikki comes downstairs and says she's sorry she can't hang out with them. Chloe goes too, telling Delia to have fun with Billy. Delia tells Billy what she wants from California. They play, and Billy tells Delia it's almost time to go to school so she can be a doctor. Delia says she's going to be a fashionista.
At Jabot, Ashley tells Tucker, in Dallas, to give her best to Devon. She hangs up and gets a call from Jack about the summer marketing campaign. She reassures him.
Jack's doorbell rings and Genevieve enters the living room. He asks why she's there. Gen has brought him some books, and tells him she wishes she could go back and do things differently. She says she still really loves him. Jack asks her, "Why did you do it?" Gen says after being married to Colin she wanted to be somebody. Jack says he would have supported that, but she shouldn't have betrayed him. He hollers that she didn't trust their love. Gen asks why he can't try to forgive her - he was ready to marry her. He says he's done with her. She goes, and Jack calls someone for a meeting. Billy arrives, followed by Ashley. Billy tells them he's flying to L.A. on Restless Style business. He asks them to look in on Victoria while he's gone, adding that she's gone back to work at Beauty of Nature. Jack grins at how Victor will react. Billy leaves, and Ashley asks Jack why he didn't mention he's challenging Gen's purchase of the company. Jack says he won't risk Gen finding out.
Daniel runs into Avery at the Club. They discuss Daisy. Avery is surprised to hear that she was spouting delusional stuff about raising Lucy with him - she says they can use it to their advantage. Phyllis, Michael, and Lauren come in. They tell Avery that Michael has secured a judge that favors father's rights. Victoria arrives and talks about testifying on Daniel's behalf, but she's upset with Avery for getting Daisy released. Chloe enters and Phyllis tells her, "We're taking Daisy down." Michael agrees to keep everyone posted. Chloe and Daniel sit at a table and he expresses fear about caring for Lucy. Chloe reassures him. At the bar, Michael teases Phyllis about making nice with Avery. Phyllis asks how Lauren is doing. He says she'll be fine if Daisy keeps her distance. Genevieve arrives and meets with Victoria. Gen stresses how important it is to make this company a success - there are a lot of people rooting for them to fail. Victoria signs her contract. At their table, Daniel and Chloe discuss Daisy claiming to be reformed - he doesn't buy it. Chloe assures him he'll be a great parent.
At home, Daisy tells Lucy it's a good thing Aunt Sarah left her money to take care of her. She tells Lucy her dad will be with them soon. Daisy gets served at her door. She tells Lucy she knew Daniel would want her, but they're a package deal. Daisy leaves her apartment and meets Lauren in the elevator. Daisy says she's renting an apartment in the building. Lauren thinks it's no coincidence. She warns her to stay away from her, and her family.
Victoria and Billy meet up at home. Victoria tells him that she signed her contract, and ran into Daniel, who is filing for custody of Lucy. They decide to make love before he leaves.
Phyllis meets Lauren at Crimson Lights and blurts that Daisy and Lucy are living in her building. She's in a panic about Fen. Phyllis goes, and Michael arrives to find Lauren making arrangements to take Fen to stay with Scotty in Canada. Lauren tells him why. Michael calls the building manager, but can't get Daisy evicted. He agrees to send Fenmore away.
Genevieve visits Ashley at Jabot. They discuss Gen's visit with Jack. She wants them all to know she cares about him. Ashley says they don't want her help - they hold her responsible for everything that happened to Jack. Gen won't give up.
Daisy opens her apartment door to Phyllis, who confronts her about trying to freak Lauren out. She asks to see Lucy. Daisy closes the door in her face.
Avery visits Jack and tells him he has a winnable case against Genevieve. He hires her.

Daniel listens as Chloe says to Kevin, "You dumped me, jerk!" Angelina appears and tells her to back off her husband.
Harmony yells at Tucker, "I'm not chasin' Neil!" Tucker asks, "What's with all the little touches and all that? I know your moves."
