The DNA results are in, Adam is arrested, and Gen moves out.

Adam visits Victor in jail and tells him his latest move was very well-played and would have scored a direct hit, but the wedding will never happen. Adam says Sharon still loves him, and everything will change once she has her daughter back. Victor muses that they'll soon find out - she's in court right now.

In court, Nick disagrees with the judge's ruling. The judge orders Nick to deliver Faith to Sharon today. Nick tells Sharon she sold herself to his father. Sharon denies making a deal with Victor, but Nick, Nikki, and Vikki don't believe her. They argue until Michael interrupts. Nick tells Sharon the arrangement won't last. Once alone, Michael advises Sharon to steer clear of anything that could be a red flag - like Adam.

At Restless Style, Phyllis wonders why Billy's not more excited about the cover story. He says he's happy about getting to Victor, but doesn't smile. He looks at a text from Chelsea about getting the DNA results. Phyllis tries to talk business, but Billy tells her to take the day off.

At Genevieve's house, Jack convinces her to move in with him until Ronan finds the culprit. Patty listens to Gen agree and curses. Jack gets a call from Billy and leaves. Gen tells Patty she'll be moving in with Jack for safety and wants her to come too. Patty says she'll stay at Gen's house.

Jack arrives at Restless Style, where Billy brings him up to speed on the situation with Chelsea. Jack is horrified to hear that Chelsea accused him of rape. Billy insists he's not capable of it. Jack knows that and wonders how to prove she's lying. Billy says she probably drugged him. Jack asks if it's possible they had sex. Billy says anything's possible. Jack urges Billy to make sure Vikki's okay.

At Victoria's house, Nick thanks her and Nikki for being there for him today. Nick asks Vikki about Chelsea. Vikki's irritated that Nikki told him. They all bicker for a minute, and Vikki says she's standing behind Billy all the way. Nick leaves, and Chelsea shows up. She storms in saying Billy's been blowing her off. Chelsea says she'll have tea and wait for the results. They order her out, but she refuses. Billy arrives and says they can go get the results.

Adam arrives at the courthouse and finds Sharon alone. She smiles and tells him she got shared custody of Faith. He's so happy to hear that, and says she can drop the restraining order now that Nicholas has no hold over her. Adam says she loves him, not his father and he will prove it. He phones and reports himself for violating the restraining order. Sharon protests that she still can't give Nick any ammunition. When the cops arrive, she tells them she'll press charges. She cries as they arrest Adam.

At the Club, Avery makes a remark to Phyllis about her story on Sharon, adding that it may not bother Sharon today since she just won shared custody of Faith.

Michael visits Victor to ask if it's really all worth it to marry Sharon. He shows him Restless Style. Victor's not surprised at Phyllis and Billy spewing their venom. Michael goes, and Sharon arrives. He asks about Adam. She tells him about the arrest. Victor says she did the right thing. He asks if his family or the magazine have changed her mind about his ring. Sharon says she can't thank him enough for the hearing - she'll marry him.

Nick meets Phyllis at Restless Style. She asks if he's okay. He says he has to hand over his daughter to Sharon after everything she's pulled. Phyllis shows him the magazine. He says they'll agree to disagree on it. Nick gets a call that Adam's been arrested.

At the Club, Michael and Avery compare notes on the Newmans. Nikki orders at the bar as Deacon comes in. He asks why she visited Victor on New Year's Eve. She tells him to pull up a barstool.

Jack returns to pick up Genevieve at home. She tells him Myrna is staying there. They leave, and Patty snarks that Gen will never be his wife.

In the hospital, the doctor tells Billy, Vikki, and Chelsea that Billy is the father.

Genoa City Spoilers for Next Week on The Young and the Restless:

Michael tells Phyllis she's declared war on Victor, and that is a very bad idea.

Billy asks Chelsea to tell him what really happened between them that night.

Sharon tells Nick that she and Victor are getting married tomorrow.
