Billy and Vikki head to Genoa City, Chloe has a change of heart, and Patty prepares a Thanksgiving surprise for Genevieve and Jack.
Lily meets Cane at Crimson Lights. Cane thanks her for trusting him about the trip. She says he's a good man, and invites him to Neil's for Thanksgiving.
Jill and Esther bicker over tablecloth colors at the Chancellor Estate. Katherine notices Chloe seems down. She admits Kevin dropped a bomb on her last night. Kay says his intentions are always good. Chloe tells Esther to set a plate for Kevin and leaves.
In New York, Billy tells Vikki he's heading back to Genoa City to see his daughter. Vikki's going to find her father and tell him he's a worthless person. On their flight, Vikki complains about Victor. Billy asks her to go easy on him. Suspicious, Victoria asks what he's not telling her. Billy admits he met a girl on the beach in Myanmar. She asks if he's in love with her. He replies, "God, no." Vikki tells him to keep it to himself then. She tells him she wants him to come home, but warns she has a dog. Billy admits he's met the dog before. Vikki tells Billy she loves him more than anything. They kiss.
Victor sits at his desk at Newman and leaves Nikki a message saying he's missing her.
Neil holds Moses in the living room and tells him he's going to go to Stanford one day. Sofia smiles and joins them. They talk about the commotion of Thanksgiving and Sofia mentions being engaged. Neil looks ill at ease.
Harmony spots Devon on the patio at Crimson Lights. He says he's spending Thanksgiving with Neil and Lily. She says she'll be at Katherine's house. Devon accuses Harmony of planning to take Katherine for a ride, but she denies it, saying Katherine thinks of her as family now. Devon muses maybe they're going to gang up on him. Harmony promises to respect his wishes.
At Gloworm, Jack puts a bottle of Genevieve's favorite champagne on his tab. Angelo says there are no tabs, but Gloria straightens him out. Kevin arrives and says he fought with Chloe. Michael, Lauren, and Fen enter and Kevin tells them Chloe found out the truth - he's a total fraud. Once alone, Kevin confirms to Michael that Chloe knows about Billy. As Kevin is saying Victor is a sadist, Victor appears. Victor tells Michael he assumes Billy is with Victoria, but it's temporary. Kevin is talking to Angelo and Angelina when Gloria refers to his fight with Chloe. Angelina starts flirting. Chloe arrives, gets rid of Angelina, and kisses Kevin. Michael and Lauren regard Gloria with curiosity when she says they're having Italian food for Thanksgiving. Michael kisses Lauren for being sane.
Harmony enters the Chancellor dining room as Jill refers to her as a crack addict. Murphy takes Harmony out and Kay tells Jill to rein in her jealousy. They argue, but Harmony keeps interrupting. She finally says she's going to attend a meeting and leaves. Kay is angry at Jill. Chloe and Kevin return. Victor arrives after them and asks about Delia. Chloe snipes that she's missing her father. Victor muses that maybe he'll find his way back to her.
Devon arrives at Neil's and mentions Harmony staying at Katherine's. Lily and Cane arrives with the twins. All the babies are put down, and Neil and Sofia tell them they each made their own recipe for the gravy awards. Neil's announcement that he and Sofia are engaged is met with stunned silence. Lily and Devon grill Neil in a moment alone, warning he might regret it one day. Devon goes, and Neil leaves for pie. Sofia asks Lily if Neil's okay.
At Genevieve's house, Patty tells Gen she hopes she and Jack enjoy the Thanksgiving dinner she made for them. Later, Jack arrives. Patty watches from outside as they kiss. They sit down to eat and Gen asks about Jack's past wives. He says she's met Phyllis, and Patty had a serious break from reality - no one knows where she is right now. They move to the sofa and pass out. Patty enters, pulls Gen off Jack, and climbs on top of him for a cuddle.
Neil is entering Crimson Lights when he spots Harmony with a man. He accuses her of being back to her old tricks. Harmony says she was just telling the man there's hope, but certain people will always look down on you.
Devon arrives at Gloworm and Angelina gets up to sing. Angelo tries to cheer up Gloria, who's missing Jeffrey. Angelina begins. Fen puts his hands over his ears. Lauren pulls them off.
Chloe has just brought Delia downstairs for dinner at the Chancellor mansion when Billy and Vikki burst in to everyone's shock. He takes Delia in his arms, says, "Daddy's home," and looks at Victor.

Phyllis tells Avery she didn't leave on her own - they pushed her out.
Adam finds Gen and Jack passed out and asks Patty what she did to them.
Victor tells Victoria that perhaps Billy had better tell her what he was up to when he was gone.
