Angelo flirts with Gloria, Billy visits Delia, and Jill and Victoria search in Myanmar.
At Gloworm, Michael hands Victor a passport with Billy's photo and the name Benjamin Watson. Victor is pleased, saying Billy is leaving the country today never to return. Michael asks Victor to think this through - what he's doing to Billy is excessive. Victor won't listen.
Billy awakens in his room. Victor has a huge man named Tank there making sure he doesn't leave. Billy chats him up and learns he has a five year-old daughter. They compare notes. Billy says his daughter is sick and lays out the situation with Victor. Tank considers Billy's request to see Delia one last time.
Jill and Victoria arrive in Myanmar and ask an official about finding Billy. They show his photo and give him name. The official claims to see nothing on his computer. Jill and Vikki pony up some cash. The man tells them Billy was arrested for illegal drug trafficking, but he disappeared. He tells them the name of the beach where he was arrested.
Kevin is playing cards with Delia at the hospital when Chloe arrives with her flower girl dress. Chloe tells Delia she's excited for her to come home soon. Esther arrives and talks about the wedding. Delia asks if her daddy will be mad about Chloe getting married. Chloe explains that he won't. They leave, and Esther sits with Delia. When Esther steps out, Tank wheels Billy into the room in a wheelchair. Billy talks to Delia about trying to come home to her while she sleeps.
At the park, Ronan talks to a homeless lady about the thin gold bracelet. She tells him a woman was looking for a bracelet there as well. She holds up Victoria's business card. Ronan pays her and thanks her. Later, Kevin and Chloe stroll into the park and she talks about how he saved Delia's life, and the other things she loves about him.
In the office at Gloworm, a flustered Gloria tries to place an order. Angelo enters and she greets him as 'partner'. He gives her chocolates and tries to kiss her. They walk out into the restaurant where Glo greets Michael and Victor. Angelo tells Michael he and Gloria are partners. When he steps away, Michael confronts Gloria, saying the wise guy will soak the club for every dime. Michael and Victor move to leave. Victor gets a call from Ronan asking him to come to the station with Victoria. Angelo tells Gloria he's going to be there for her over the holidays. Gloria reminds him Jeffrey just left her - she's not ready to get involved. Angelo promises he'll grow on her. Angelina appears and demands a grand from her father. She is about to leave when Kevin and Chloe arrive. Angelina decides to stay. Kevin introduces her to Chloe. Angie flirts with him and tells him to ditch Chloe - there's no ring on her finger. Chloe says she's about to see a fist in her face. Kevin and Chloe go into the office, and Angelina storms out. Angelo returns to flirting with Glo. In the office, Kevin gives Chloe a makeshift ring and they make love on the sofa.
At the station, Ronan tells Michael and Victor the latest developments on Victoria's bracelet. Victor insists she found it at home. Ronan would love to confirm that, but he can't reach Victoria - she's out of town indefinitely. The phone rings - Ronan learns she's in Myanmar. Ronan steps out. Victor leaves Victoria a voice mail asking why she's in Myanmar before leaving.
At the bar in Myanmar, Cane learns Chelsea took money from the till and left last night - she won't be back. Cane keeps asking people about Chelsea and showing her photo - no one admits to knowing her. They take off when an official appears. He confronts Cane about asking questions and tells him to go. After, Jill and Victoria appear and start asking people if they saw Billy. Finally, a man shows them Billy's money clip, and says he knows where Billy is - he's weak and hiding out. He tells them to meet him in one hour at the dock. Cane reappears and ducks out of sight. Vikki and Jill vow to help Billy.
Michael and Victor arrive at Billy's room and get no answer. Victor kicks the door in.
Genoa City Spoilers for Tomorrow on The Young and the Restless:
Michael says to Victor, "I don't thinks she's as over Billy as you think." Victor growls, "She will be."
Victoria tells Jill she's getting texts from her dad - he knows she's in Myanmar.
Everyone gathers for Moses' christening.
