Impulse Control Problem. Wednesday, October 12 2011

Victor confronts Billy, Genevieve returns, and Lily is suspicious of Cane.

Kevin shows Billy pictures of Delia on his phone at the trailer. He mentions that Katherine went home from the hospital. Billy admits that he went to the hospital and Cane saw him. Kevin freaks out and asks what's next - a stroll past Victoria's? Billy's look confirms he's done that too. Kevin thinks he wants to get caught. Billy denies it, and assures Kevin he won't let Delia down. He says he wants to see all his loved ones, but he can't, and he hasn't forgotten that.

Victor sees the divorce papers Michael drew up at Victoria's house. She says she was about to sign them but a strange phone call stopped her. He asks if she was hoping it was Billy. She says it might be him some day. Victor acts supportive.

Gloria bugs Jack at Gloworm. Jill appears and Jack says he was just leaving. Jill tells him she's decided she can work with Genevieve. Gloria reappears to put her two cents in - she can't stand Genevieve. Jill tells Jack that Genevieve is doing great things on the road - she can go back out. Jack is snarky. Jill realizes there's a hitch in the negotiations. After Jack goes, Gloria needles Jill about Genevieve being back. Jill sniffs that Colin loathes her. She phones Colin but he doesn't pick up.

At home, Lily calls Cane, who is in the park, and invites him over to play with the babies. Cane spots Ronan and says maybe later. Cane tells Ronan they need to break the codes. Ronan says they'll keep at it until they nail Colin. He asks about Genevieve. Cane says she won't be home for a few days. Ronan finds out she's home now. Cane says he's on it.

Colin startles Genevieve in her own home. She says it's interesting that he's there rather than with Jill. Colin confronts her about locking him in and looting his accounts. Genevieve says she got the better of him, and Cane is still after him too - the housekeeper told her Cane blew the safe open and left with the ledgers and Ronan Malloy. Colin leaves. Cane shows up and asks Genevieve to tell him everything about the ledgers. She pretends she never opened the safe. Cane gets a call from Colin wanting to meet and goes. Jack arrives and compliments Genevieve on her good work. She asks about him buying Jabot. Jack says he doesn't trust his brother-in-law to follow through. Genevieve reassures him and they go to kiss. Breaking glass is heard. Genevieve says it's the housekeeper.

Cane meets Colin in the park. He asks where his papers are. Cane says they can't break the code so there's no proof of criminal activity. They bicker. Cane angrily tells Colin to stay away from his family.

Lily lets Cane into the house. She asks what took him so long and he gives a vague answer. Lily watches as he plays with the kids. Cane gets a message from Ronan and says he has to go, but won't explain. Lily is suspicious.

Gloria sidles up to Ronan at the Gloworm bar and wants to talk about Colin. She says she thinks Colin has some dark secrets to keep hidden. Colin appears. Ronan goes and Colin tells Glo he's noticed how close she is with 'fuzz'. Colin spots Jill and rushes over to tell her he has an idea - he asks her to go back to Australia with him.

Victor shows up at the trailer as Kevin and Billy are arguing about who will get Billy some mustard. Victor dismisses Kevin, and Billy cracks jokes. Victor calls him an arrogant jerk and asks if he called Victoria. Billy denies it and Victor pretends to leave. Billy showers, and then finds Victor holding the phone. Billy asks what he's going to do. Victor says he's helping with his impulse control problem by taking the phone and laptop. Billy mocks Victor for being scared Victoria will want him back. Victor holds up Victoria's divorce papers and says he's not scared in the least.

Kevin runs into Victoria at Crimson Lights and she comments on how good he's been to Delia and Chloe. She admits she's thinking about Billy and wishes she would get a sign that she'll see him again. Kevin suggests she listen to her gut.

In the park, Cane tells Ronan both his parents lied to him today. Ronan says his guy can't break the code. Cane says this isn't over.

Genoa City Spoilers for Tomorrow on The Young and the Restless:

Colin tells Genevieve if she ever uses that code it will be the last thing she ever does.

Lily tells Cane she feels like he's hiding something from her again.

Harmony confronts Tucker about not recognizing her. He asks, "Why should I?" She hisses, "I'm Devon's mother!"
