Tucker helps Abby, Katherine's loved ones gather, and Jack gives Tucker advice.
At the police station, Victor and Michael bicker with Walsh about Abby's confession. Ashley and Tucker arrive and say Katherine collapsed. Victor learns of Jack's role in the arbitration and leaves. Walsh reappears and Tucker tells him to release Abby - she was not behind the wheel. Walsh doesn't believe him. Tucker says all he has is a video of a scared kid trying to protect her mother - he vows to finish Walsh if he keeps coming after them. Walsh takes Michael to talk. Abby can't believe Tucker did that for her. Tucker says he wants to make Ashley happy. Michael reappears and says all charges are dropped. Ashley and Abby thank Tucker, who leaves. Ashley tells Abby her resentment toward Tucker ends now.
Jill asks Jack at the Club what happened in court. Jack tells her Katherine collapsed. Jill wonders why he's not at the hospital. He admits he teamed up with Tucker. Jill rants about his obsession with the company, and warns him if Katherine doesn't recover she'll put him and Tucker in jail!
Victoria spots Chloe at Crimson Lights and is pleased to see her out of the hospital. Chloe says Esther is with Delia and she's looking for Kevin. Her phone rings - it's Kevin telling her Katherine collapsed. Chloe tells Vikki.
Billy thinks about Vikki in the trailer. Kevin arrives with a phone for Billy to use to reach him in case of emergency. Billy offers him a beer, but Kevin says he has to go see Katherine in the hospital. Billy learns that she collapsed while in arbitration with Tucker. Billy laments being stuck there. Kevin says it was his own dumbass choices that got him there. Kevin promises to update him. Billy gets on the computer and sees that Abby was arrested for running down Tucker.
Katherine is still unconscious in the hospital. Devon and Neil stay with her until Murphy arrives. He asks Neil if Tucker riled her up. Neil tells him what happened with Tucker and Jack, and says the doctor thinks she suffered another stroke. Vikki and Chloe arrive, while the doctor tells Murphy that Katherine has brain swelling and asks if she has a signed DNR. Murphy won't discuss it. Victor arrives and Neil tells him Tucker and Jack caused this 100%. Jill comes to see Katherine and urges her to fight. Murphy mentions the DNR, but Jill says it won't come to that. She and Murphy discuss Devon and the will - he's not sure it was finalized. Jill worries it would be the worst way for Devon to find out the truth.
In the waiting area, Victoria mentions that Billy should be there. Victor announces that Billy abandoned his daughter and wife. Kevin looks ill. Jack appears. Victor asks what the hell he's doing there - he and Tucker McCall are responsible. Jack says he's there to support the family and it was just a business decision. He leaves. Vikki worries about Tucker showing up. Victor says, "Ain't gonna happen." He feels Tucker doesn't give a damn.
Kevin relieves Murphy and Jill in Katherine's room. He tells her Billy wishes he could be there. Victor slips in and hears him. Kevin exits. Victor sits by Katherine and tells her they'll knock Jack and Tucker's heads together. Victor returns to the waiting room. Ashley and Abby have arrived. Abby tells Victor that Tucker got the charges against her dropped. Abby talks privately with Devon about Tucker. Devon doesn't want anything to do with Tucker. Neil and Vikki talk to Chloe and Kevin, who say Delia is doing well. Kevin gets a text from Billy and looks freaked out. Victor notices. Michael arrives and tells Victor that Tucker secured Abby's release. Vikki tells Michael that Kevin just took off in a hurry. Abby and Devon visit with Katherine. Devon doesn't know why she took an interest in him, but he hopes it's not the end.
Jack finds Tucker sitting in darkness at Jabot. They discuss the sneaky way they got the company back. Jack comments on how Kay kept Tucker's company running when he was in a coma - she felt a bond. Jack thinks Tucker feels the same way. Tucker asks how Jack feels. Jack says he may have done things differently - he suggests Tucker go see his mother and tell her how he feels.
Billy and Kevin bicker at the trailer. Billy convince Kevin to leave the phone with him.
Mitchell arrives at the hospital. Jill and Murphy head to meet him, discussing Devon as they go. Mitchell meets Tucker getting off the elevator and asks if he's there about the will.

Jill answers the phone in Katherine's room. Billy stays silent on the other end.
Victoria is on her sofa and Sam says, "I think we need to talk about sleeping arrangements."
Tucker asks if Neil and Devon have been in to see his mother. Devon says they have. Tucker asks, "Business associates have more rights than a son?" Jill looks panicked.
