Adam is subpoenaed, Ricky arrives, and Genevieve tricks Colin.
On the patio at Crimson Lights, Jack admits to a peeved Genevieve that he knew in advance about Jill's plan to send her out of town on business. He placates Genevieve by telling her she'll soon run her department without Jill. Tucker appears and urges Jack to team up with him again. Jack declines. Tucker muses that being under Katherine's thumb must suit him.
Jill sits with Colin at the Chancellor Estate talking about Delia. Jill lets him know she's sending Genevieve on a road trip. Jill hears Katherine's car arrive and panics. Colin refuses to sneak out the back and walks past Katherine out the door. Jill pretends that she threw him out. Katherine realizes the truth and asks Jill when she'll learn. Jill leaves.
Adam sees Heather at the station and tells her about his successful surgery. She's pleased for him. He says that's not the reaction he got from Sharon. Heather is surprised. Adam confirms that it's gotten that bad. Heather says she's sorry, and then hands him a subpoena - she's calling him to the stand.
In the prison, Avery and Sharon discuss potential jurors. Avery says a smart student named Ricky is flying in to investigate their backgrounds, which is essential. Avery warns Sharon they may have to call Adam as a witness. They debate about it. Sharon thinks it's a risk.
Paul jumps out of his seat at Crimson Lights when his son, Ricky, walks in. Ricky wishes his dad a happy birthday and tells him he'll be in town for a while. Paul is excited that he can finally meet Heather, but mentions she's busy with a case. Ricky says he's heard. Paul offers him a car to use, and Ricky says he needs to see his boss. They agree to meet later.
At the Club, Devon shows Roxy a new painting he bought. Neil arrives and comments on the cost of it. Devon explains to Neil that to recruit the very best for Katherine's music division he has to create an impression in his studio. He adds that he's looking at a warehouse and has ordered state-of-the-art equipment. Neil questions his budget and Devon is insulted. Neil goes and Paul appears. Devon tells him about his new job with Katherine.
Avery arrives at Adam's suite, where he says he's not testifying for her. He says he's already been subpoenaed by Heather. Avery reminds him that when he takes the stand he's under oath. Adam says it should be a lot of fun.
At home, Genevieve calls Colin and tells him to come over - she has messages from home to deliver.
Colin hangs up from Genevieve, and turns to Jill at the Club. She tells him he's welcome in her home anytime. Colin asks if this means they're back together. Jill's non-committal. He hands over the key to his suite and says he must run an errand. Tucker appears and tries to get Jill on his side where Jabot is concerned. Jack arrives and puts a stop to it. Jill heads to Colin's suite. Adam joins Jack, who tells him no matter how good his eyesight is, he'll still have a warped view of the world.
At Katherine's, Paul asks her how Tucker feels about Devon running her label. Katherine admits she hasn't told Tucker that Devon is his son. Paul is upset. Jack comes to the door regarding Jabot, but Katherine puts him off. She goes back to Paul and explains why she didn't tell Tucker. Paul says he would be furious if someone kept such information from him. Katherine says he's different from Tucker. Paul warns that Devon will be devastated when he learns she's lying to him. Katherine is worried Tucker would teach Devon all the wrong things. Paul says Neil wouldn't let that happen. He leaves after threatening to tell himself. Neil arrives next and informs Katherine that the deal she made with Devon is messing with the way he parents.
Tucker spots Roxy and Devon at Crimson Lights and compliments Devon's painting. He muses that he just might give him a run for his money.
In the courtroom, Avery tells Sharon that Adam is testifying against her. Ricky arrives with the background information on the potential jurors. He and Heather spot each other. Avery asks what's up and learns they're brother and sister.
Jill lights candles in Colin's suite in anticipation of his arrival.
Colin arrives at Genevieve's estate and demands to know what these messages are from Australia. Colin offers to get the wine while she grabs her notes. She goes upstairs and packs her suitcase and then locks him in the wine cellar.

Colin bangs on the wine cellar door hollering at Genevieve to let him out.
Ashley tells Abby that Tucker didn't do anything to Diane. Abby warns her to watch her back.
Cane tells Lily there's nothing to worry about. She replies that she stopped believing his promises about a hundred lies ago.
