Avery impresses Sharon's supporters, Victor makes a big decision, and everyone searches for Billy.
At Crimson Lights, Phyllis tells Michael about Delia. She recalls how she felt when Summer was sick. Michael brings up Avery. Phyllis still doesn't want to reconnect with her. She says it's not the same as him and Kevin, and that neither of them want a relationship. Michael says they won't be able to avoid each other forever. Phyllis ignores a call from Ronan, but Michael answers and tells him she'll drop by the station. He tells her they just want her signature on her statement.
In Delia's hospital room, Jill and Esther assure Chloe they'll find a donor. Outside the room, Katherine tells Jack, Ashley, and Victoria that they thought Delia just had a cold. The doctor calls Chloe out and tells her the statistical chances of finding a donor. Kevin and Chloe go to get tested, while everyone else wonders how to find Billy. They take turns going to get tested after Chloe returns. Katherine joins Chloe at Delia's bedside and gives her a pep talk, reminding her she's her namesake. Victoria brings Billy's laptop to Kevin to see if it might help find him. Victoria goes into Delia's room and Kay exits. Chloe tells Vikki that when she cut Billy out of Delia's life she wanted to give him the time he needed to be the dad she knew he could be, but she never expected any of this. Vikki says none of them did, and reassures Chloe that they'll find him and he'll be there with her and Delia.
In the courtroom, Sharon and her supporters question Avery about missing the deadline to challenge the prosecution's evidence. Avery says she missed it on purpose, explaining that she wants to find the rest of the audiotape and also wants the prosecution to think she's off her game. Everyone's impressed. Sharon thanks Sam for coming. He tells her he's helping Victoria around the house. Sharon thinks they'd be good for each other. In the corridor, Nick and Noah compliment Avery before leaving. Victor then tells Avery he has no worries about her. She questions him about not saving Sharon in the first trial with his testimony. Michael appears as Avery leaves. Victor tells him he's decided to testify, saying, "I'm going to tell the whole story, Michael Baldwin." Michael says he can't, but Victor insists he'll do everything he can to get Sharon off.
Nick and Noah catch up with Sharon in the police station. Sharon muses that Avery's definitely full of surprises. Noah leaves, and Sharon asks Nick about Faith. He tells her Faith hasn't slept through the night since he brought her to visit. Phyllis arrives, sees them, and turns to go as Avery enters. Nick leaves, and Avery tells Sharon that Victor agreed to testify and tell everything.
In the waiting area of the hospital, Katherine calls Murphy, who plans to return from his fishing trip. Michael arrives and speaks to her and Kevin, before telling Jill he'll let Lauren know. Kevin exclaims in frustration when he can't get the password on Billy's laptop. He goes in to check on Delia and Chloe. Chloe says she's no better than Billy because she was with Ronan. Kevin says she's here now, Billy's not. Chloe climbs on the bed with Delia when she cries out.
Victoria goes to the ranch looking for Victor, but finds Sam. He tells her about Avery's unusual tactics and they discuss Delia. Victor walks up to the door where he encounters Jack, who wants to pool their resources to find Billy. Victor goes inside where Victoria is frantic about finding Billy. She reminds Victor of the time he came when she broke her arm and she knew everything would be okay - Delia needs her daddy. Victoria takes a call and Victor tells Sam his son-in-law is a piece of garbage and Cordelia might be better off without him. Victor leaves and Victoria comes back into the room. Sam talks about a time he thought it best to disappear, saying maybe Billy thought he was doing her a favor.
Victor pays Sharon a visit at the police station to tell her that he'll be gone for a bit, but he'll be back and everything will be okay.
Nick catches up with Phyllis at Crimson Lights. She says she knows his spiel about why he was talking to Sharon. He asks if she's jealous. She says no, they're colleagues and friends. He says they're more than that and she knows it. They kiss passionately and Avery walks in.
At the Chancellor Estate, Katherine, Esther, and Jill reflect on how tragedies bring families together - or tear them apart.
At the Club, Ashley and Jack curse Billy for disappearing. Ashley says she's going to ask Tucker to help.
Genoa City Spoilers for Tomorrow on The Young and the Restless:
Phyllis says to Avery, "This is me meeting you halfway." Avery replies, "Sorry Sis, now I'm too busy for you."
Neil asks Katherine why she's jumping into the music industry, and why she's taking Devon with her.
Ashley tells Tucker that Billy has to come home, saying, "When he finds out his little girl went through all of this without him..." Tucker cuts in, "He'll never forgive himself."
