Chloe campaigns against Jana, Adam returns, and Kyle is hurt.
In her apartment, Jana decides it's time to find out who bought Daisy's baby.
At home, Vikki offers Billy some aspirin before telling him that Chloe wants them to fire Jana. He sighs that he'll take care of it. After he goes, Vikki calls Jana and asks her to come over because she needs to talk to her about something. Jana tells her she's running an errand and then will come.
At Crimson Lights, Chloe explains to Kevin that Jana is as nutty as her mother's pecan pie and if she's going to be living in Billy's house, then her daughter isn't spending another minute with him. Kevin asks if she's drinking decaf, and Chloe realizes he thinks she's over-reacting. Gloria chimes in that one should never trust an ex with an axe to grind. Chloe tells Kevin she will take Billy to court if she has to. He says she may not have to and picks up the phone and calls Michael, who tells him that Chloe needs to honor her custody agreement. Kevin irks Chloe by reminding her that Billy trusts Jana. Gloria rants about Jana being crazy and putting a child in danger. Chloe and Gloria sit down and commiserate about Jana being one pop short of a cupful. Kevin groans that Delia will be the one who gets hurt if Chloe pursues this. He feels Jana would never hurt a child. Chloe can't believe he's defending her.
Diane comes into the ranch and greets Victor. She says she waited up for him last night. He explains he didn't want to wake her. She offers him the paper, but he doesn't want to read it - it will just say he didn't help Sharon. Diane probes about his testimony. He says he told the truth but the D.A.'s not interested in that. Diane asks about what happened in Hawaii, but Victor's not forthcoming. Diane is about to go shopping, but Kyle's school calls because Kyle was hurt playing basketball. Victor says they'll go together - Kyle is his son too.
Jack arrives at the courthouse and tells Nick that he blames Victor in addition to Adam for all the bad things that have happened to Sharon. They hope that Phyllis and Adam are getting the evidence in Thailand because the trial's not going well. Meanwhile, Vance warns Sharon not to let the D.A. get the best of her today. She doesn't know that it even matters at this point. Sharon takes the stand again as the trial resumes. The D.A. hammers at her about Adam and about what happened in Hawaii. Suddenly, Adam appears. Sharon beams. The D.A. orders Adam arrested and the judge calls a recess. Jack, Billy, and Nick discuss whether or not Adam has evidence. Jack leaves after getting a text from Kyle's school. Billy leaves too.
Jana, wearing a blonde wig, hangs up from Victoria in a bank and goes up to a teller. She pulls out an account number and asks for clarification on a transfer. The teller asks for identification and Jana makes up a cover story. The teller refuses to give her a receipt for the transfer.
When Jana arrives at Victoria's house, she learns that Chloe asked them to fire her on the grounds that she's unstable. Jana rants about Chloe being upset because she's threatened by her friendship with Kevin. Vikki assures Jana that they won't let her go. Jana is thankful they have faith in her. Jana goes to see to Lucy and Vikki gets a call from Nick asking to meet.
Sharon and Adam embrace in the holding room. He tells her how sorry he is that he had to leave the way he did. They talk about getting the charges dropped and being together. They kiss. Vance comes in and Adam gives him the camera, but has to break the news that the memory card is gone. Vance asks about Phyllis. Adam says she didn't meet him at the Thailand airport as planned, but he came back to testify. Vance thinks it's a very bad idea. Adam says he won't do it then. Vance suddenly gets a call - the prosecution will call Adam to the stand.
Billy goes to the Chancellor Estate to meet Chloe, He tells her to drop the 'fire Jana' campaign - he thought she was past the immature jealousy. Chloe says Jana has fooled him and tells him Delia can't see him today. Delia walks into the room and is fine. Billy glares at Chloe, and warns her to never lie like that again. Once Billy is outside the door, he gets a call from the bank saying a woman was inquiring about a two million dollar transfer from his account. He calls Vikki to ask her to shred their bank statements. She says she's at the Club but she'll get Jana to do it. Inside, Chloe vows she'll expose Jana. Gloria calls and tells her she needs somebody on her side - that's her.
At Billy and Vikki's house, Jana hangs up from Vikki and starts shredding bank statement in envelopes.
Kyle is back at the ranch with Victor and Diane when Jack comes to the door. He tells Kyle his school called. Victor says they took good care of him. Jack checks Kyle's injury, and then tells Victor maybe he should be worried about his own son - Adam is back.
Nick meets Vikki at the Club and unloads about Sharon's trial. He can't imagine Faith's life if Sharon goes to prison. Vikki is sorry that she might go to prison for something she didn't do. Nick says there are two people to thank - Adam and Dad.
