Gloria hatches a scheme to fill Gloworm, Victor gets a shock, and Phyllis and Jack find evidence.
Gloria comes into Gloworm with a package - it's Jeff's Valentine's Day gift. She bought him a royal title. He's now a Count! Jeff notes there are no reservations tonight. They decide to put on a fundraiser to bring people in. Kevin enters and Gloria realizes he's miserable. Kevin and Jeff talk about how much they made on Super Bowl. Angelo, Hogan's right hand man, comes in with a dog. Gloria comes over and decides they'll do a fundraiser for dogs. When she goes, Angelo tells Jeff he's behind on payments.
At the Chancellor Estate, Katherine and Murphy give Chloe chocolates for Delia. Nikki enters, and Chloe talks bitterly about Valentine's Day. Esther comes in with flowers for Nikki. Victor walks in and says they're not from him.
Diane, who is at the Ranch, gets a call from Nick inviting her over. She accepts, but as she's about to leave, Victor comes home. She quickly brings him up to speed on work as she dons her coat. Victor mentions dinner. Gloria comes to the door to recruit him and Diane for the fundraiser. Diane makes a hasty exit. Once alone, Victor prepares valentine's bears and cards for Summer and Faith.
Daniel comments on Abby's extravagant gift for Delia at Crimson Lights. Ashley comes in and asks about Lily. Abby tells her Delia's party will be at the Chancellor Estate, and warns Daniel he's not getting out of it.
In Hawaii, Jack surprises Phyllis with their suite all decorated for Valentine's Day. Phyllis gets a call from someone who saw her flyer, who says he has video footage from the night Skye died. They decide to fool around until he gets there. The guy finally arrives with the video. They buy it and he leaves. They watch the video at half-speed and Jack spots something - it's Victor!
At home, Adam decides that he will order shoes to Skye's post office box in Europe to make it look like she's alive. Sharon comes into the room and Adam closes the laptop. Gloria pays them a visit regarding the fundraiser. They laugh about the idea that everyone talks about them. Adam says they'll all be proven wrong. He thinks they should dress up and go out. Adam says how magical it is that she loves him, when there is no way she should, and that's why he wants to show off how lucky he is. Sharon puts on a red hot dress as they prepare to go. Just then, Vance calls. He reiterates that they need new evidence or they'll go to trial.
Nick waits for Diane at the tack house, but Nikki shows up instead. He tells her he appreciates the help with the girls, and tries to hurry her out. Nikki relaxes, however, saying she has no plans. Nick succeeds in getting her to go, and then struggles with the girls. Gloria comes to the door to invite him to Gloworm. Later, Diane finally shows up and she and Nick start kissing. Victor arrives with the teddy bears for the girls and sees them.
Delia's birthday party is underway at the Chancellor Estate. Jill carries her around, and Billy takes a moment to apologize to Chloe for not telling her sooner about Lucy. Abby and Daniel arrive, and he wanders over to Lucy. He says, "Tiny girl with a big secret. What are we going to do about that?" Ashley tells Jill and Kay how sorry she and Tucker were to hear about Cane. Kevin arrives, and Esther tells Chloe she invited him. Delia blows out her candles as everyone applauds. Kevin slips out. Later, Jill finds that Colin left her a piece of jewelry - a boomerang. Gloria comes to the door to invite them all to Gloworm. Chloe says she won't be going. Katherine decides that Cupid needs a push. She announces that they all need to try and live. Jill begs off, but Kay tells Nikki, Chloe, and Murphy they are all going to Gloworm!
Later, outside Vikki and Billy's place, Ashley says goodbye, and Abby and Daniel linger on the porch. Abby thinks he's down because of thinking about his baby. Daniel muses that it's great to see Lucy showered with love. Inside, Victoria opens a valentine from Reed. Billy tells her they will be talking to Reed on the laptop in a minute too. Later, Billy and Vikki take the bubbly and cake upstairs.
Dressed and manning the door at Gloworm, Gloria tells Jeff the phone is ringing off the hook. Kevin murmurs that he hopes they realize charity means giving the money away. Jeff tells him he's doing this for his old pal, Scruffles. Kevin is about to leave, but Gloria stalls him by sending him up to her office. Katherine and her gang enter. Kay and Murphy sneak off with Gloria, leaving Nikki and Chloe to snark about Valentine's Day. Kay returns and asks Chloe to get her aspirin from the office. At the bar, Deacon asks Nikki if she got his flowers.
In Crimson Lights, Abby and Daniel exchange Valentine's Day gifts - they each got the other two tickets to see David Cassidy. He decides to pay for a hotel in Chicago and sell the extra two tickets.
