    Tuesday, June 19 2007

    Adrianne Leon (CBS)
In a late breaking news release,
The Young and the Restless actress Adrianne Leon (Colleen) has posted on her MySpace that she's been informed her last day with the show was last week!

Fans were in an uproar when Adrianne didn't appear at this year's Emmy Awards and even more confused to read her June 14, 2007 post apologizing for her absence, saying that it was related to security issues. Now, merely four days later, this fan favorite has been let go… Although Adrianne rightfully sounded hurt and stunned by the news from CBS/Y&R, she expressed thankfulness to her Y&R family but promised fans that she has other music and acting projects in the works and that she'll be back, although not on the show, after taking some much needed time off.

    Adrianne as Colleen (
Adrianne joined the show back in January 2006 and has touched the hearts of many ever since! wants to wish Adrianne the very best! We know you'll be successful no matter what you do! You'll be sadly missed…

well, they definitely made a bad business decision there!!!

You will be missed Colleen! I loved you and Adrian Korbel together! I'm sure he'll miss working with you as well!

Good luck in whatever you do!

I think this is a huge mistake and Y&R and the fans will suffer for this horrific bad judgement decision!!!!

I'm glad. I didn't like the spoiled brat rich girl character. Now we just gotta get rid of Amber & Gloria.

I'm not say she was a bad actress, just didn't like the character.

    Good Luck!

what is going on with y r. all the story lines are boring. everyone is leaving. Drusilla leaving was the worst mistake. she gave fire and something to look forward too. so they need to bring a drusilla back. no blacks on the show. the show is just going downhill. mmm mmm mmm

What are you thinkin' Y & R Writers???????

First Dru, now Colleen, who's going to be next? At this rate, I wouldn't be counting on a repeat win at the Daytime Emmy's next year..... sorry to say!

Good Luck and Best Wishes to Colleen/Adrianne! dkbb

What a shame to lose one of the nice members of GC. Colleen is such a beautiful young girl. It was a pleasure to look at her lovely face when she was on camera. This might put an end to my days of watching Y&R as it has grown so silly over the last couple of years.
