    Till death do us part.

In this week's "The Young And The Restless" Throwback Thursday Soaps.com takes readers back to 1996 when Malcolm Winters married Keesha Monroe on her deathbed…

A recent crisis involving Paul had various people in Genoa City rushing to the hospital. Years ago, Malcolm raced to the hospital as well to be by Keesha's side. Malcolm first met Keesha at Gina's restaurant and quickly became attracted to her. It wasn't until the two had been dating for a few months that Malcolm uncovered that Keesha had been the woman that Nathan Hastings had an affair with.

Malcolm was heartbroken, as he'd fallen hard for Keesha, and ended up forgiving her when it was revealed that she'd been exposed to HIV through a past boyfriend. He took a lot of slack from Olivia, who'd been married to Nathan at the time of the affair, but stood by Keesha's side as the AIDS virus quickly began to take its toll on her. A deathbed wedding was arranged and after they exchanged their vows Keesha passed away.

Do you remember whose idea it was to get married? Vote in our "Y&R" poll below.

Even though I've watched the show for over 30 years. I do have some gaps where I didn't get to watch as much if any at all. I was busy going to school, working, and raising a family. Now that I have more time I really should go back and watch the classic episodes I missed! The show was much better back then anyway!
