    Michelle Stafford, whose latest run as "The Young and the Restless'" Phyllis Newman wraps up sometime next month, is launching a new web series called, "The Stafford Project." Stafford created the series, which is a comedy not a soap opera, with 'The Paiges', and it is set to debut on YouTube in August. Stafford posted a still from the first episode on the series' Twitter:

    Will the role of Phyllis Newman be revive. It is central to the lives of a number of characters and besides Sharon must get busted. Which occurred first Michelle Stafford “Project” or Katherine’s illness?
