    Hello Everyone.
I have kept to my word, I haven't watched an episode of Y&R since my last post. What I have learned, I learned from here reading all of your posts. I have to say that I agree with many of you, it's the same game and the same players. I hate the fact that they are playing the put the baby off on someone else game yet again it is really, really old and Cloe gave her the idea "really", it didn't work for her what makes her think it will work for Chelsea? That's just STUPID!! I was really hoping that they could make Adam and Chelsea work, make them the new DIVA team in that town, and all of the rest of the stories are going down hill as well. I hope the writers will "PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE" rethink these storylines, because I want to come back and start watching again, but I don't want to see the "SAME STORY, SAME PLAYERS" game anymore. I hope these writers don't let Y&R get canceled like Guiding Light and As the world turns, because from the posts I'm reading, they have some unhappy viewers and that's where they might be heading, if they don't fix it.

Have just read that we have lost Mrs. Chancellor. the new writers couldn't see this? Couldn't treat her last days with more reverence or tribute?
Am really starting to hate this show--for these reasons.
No respect for the main characters. How many years do you have to be on to be more important than Tyler and his stupid sister?

Jeanne Cooper, Mrs. Chancellor, will be sorely missed by ALL, she was indeed Y&R, it will NOT be the same without her. She carried the show and I can only hope that these new writers will seek assistance from the old writers to do her and the show the required justice in incorporating her loss appropriately with the appropriate appearances required to do so adequately. RIP

aMahogany, I so agree with you. I read "restless rant" and the spoiler section to keep up with the show. Well, seems like nothing has changed. I do regret not watching Mrs. C's last episode. She was truly the Duchess. I feel like I've lost a member of my family. She will be sorely missed by all. Please let Y&R honor her with class and love.
