    On set.

    Updated January 28:

Kale Brown's voice will be heard on "The Young and the Restless" as a radio DJ on February 12 and 13, according to Soap Opera Digest.

    Original article January 16:

Actor Mark Pinter, who plays Congressman Marcus Wheeler on "The Young and the Restless," posted an interesting message on his Facebook page that had some wondering if "Y&R" had hired another Daytime veteran actor. It said:

"Great seeing Kale Browne on the set of 'Y&R' this morning. Along with directors Casey Childs and Michael Eilbaum it’s like old home week!"

For those who don't recall, Kale Browne played Dr. Miles Berman on "Days Of Our Lives" from 2006 to 2008, Sam Rappaport on "One Life To Live" from 1998 to 2001, Michael Hudson on "Another World" from 1986 to 1997 and Denny Benton on "All My Children" in 1993.

If he's going to be a love interest for Jill I say WELCOME!

Can they screen test both Mark Pinter and Kale Brown with Jess Walton so we can see who we like better with her? Please.

yes Jill needs a love hook up and there is no one left in GC so lets see this happen. I am sure Jess would like to see her character liven up a bit. The old Jill! A hook up would do just that.

As a general rule, when a Friend of Jill comes on board a soap, she makes sure that her most extra special pets are paired with the most desirable member of the opposite sex on the show. Currently, it seems to me that JFP apparently considers Sharon, Phyllis and/or Avery as the most desirable women in town with Summer possibly graduating into that number sooner or later. Although some magazines are reporting that Sharon is going to reunite with Adam, I am figuring that this will be a short-term reunion and that, after Friend of Jill Steve Burton bring the Jason Morgan Clone, Dylan, on board, Dylan will have a few scenes with Avery, then move on to Sharon. Friend of Jill Kale Browne could very easily be someone from Leslie's mysterious past. IF he is, my guess is that he would have maybe three or four scenes with Leslie, then move on to a romance with either Phyllis or Avery. My guess is Phyllis. When Kale Browne was "Sam Rappaport" on One Life to Live, we called him "Sam-I-Am-In-The-Middle-Of-Every-Story-Line." Kale Browne is one of JFP's extra special, super-dooper pets. There is NO way that JFP would allow his character to become involved with Jill on a long-term basis. IF Kale Browne DID interact with Jill in any way - I am sure that it would be the briefest encounter on record in soap history.
