Throwback Thursday Y&R Poll: Paul Williams' Favorite Food.

    Thursday, October 11 2012

"Hi Son, I baked you some…"

In this week's Throwback Thursday Soaps.com takes readers back to 1980 when Paul Williams' mother Mary likely began serving her famous dish at 1420 Maple Street in Genoa City…

Mary was the core of the Williams family, attended church on a regular basis and didn't think twice about interfering in her son's love life. Granted, Paul was a handful growing up, as was his sister Patty, but there were times when he could have done without Mary's holier than thou interference.

Paul getting April Stevens pregnant out of wedlock upset Mary. Her son joining the New World Commune with Nikki Reed Newman caused Mary a few more gray hairs. However, after Paul got into law enforcement Mary just knew her son was on the right path - it was the women he kept company with that still put a wrinkle in her girdle. In the end, no matter what argument took place Mary found her way back into Paul's good graces through his favorite homemade treat.

Do you remember what favorite treat Mary used to bring to Paul? Vote your knowledge in our poll then feel free to leave us your favorite Mary moment in the comments section…
