    Actor Peter Porte, ex-Ricky Williams of "The Young And The Restless," has moved on from his character's recent death and will be performing in "Boogie Nights."

    The actor will be part of a cast of singers and dancers who strut their stuff and work their vocal chords to such songs as "Jesse's Girl," "Boogie Shoes," "Aint No Stopping' Us Now," as well as many others.

    I'm glad to hear things are going strong for Peter. I will miss his character Ricky. I am a die-hard Y&R fan, but it was his character that made me WANT to watch more and brought back some action to the show. I wish they could have just made him criminally insane instead of killing him because that would have opened the door for periodic appearances, like they did Patty lol. Good luck Peter.
