Well, looks like the best thing about this soap is the posters and their never ending wit of making me laugh. Sure hope something. anything actually happens next week. Have a great weekend ya'll and be safe.

Most viewers will NEVER like Hunter King....Summer. This is because we ALL know Ms. King is the person who accused Michael Muhney of inappropriate behior with HER. No one has substantiated this allegation!!!! He was not fired. He quit, rather than go through a bunch of crap.

Therefore......get rid of ms. King...easy...all these blondes are interchangeable...replace her and we will like the Summer character. Till then.....just seeing her inability to act is fun to watch. !!!!!!

I too am completely opposed against any sort of violence towards women, but I wish Dylan would dump a thick milkshake over Avery's head. Has anyone else noticed how this actress bounces when she walks? Bounce, bounce, bounce.

Having worked full-time for many years, I only watched the Y&R when I was on vacation, etc. That might have been enough. The storylines have increasingly ridiculous, e.g., Colin and Jill, Colin and anyone, nu Abby and anybody, Austin and Summer (another terrible actress).

The best actor on the show is Doug Davidson, and his character is stuck with whiny--"I hate Nikki--Christine. (And her hair is too long.) And though Ian is an unsavory character, Ray Wise is one good actor!

    Hello everyone,

I'm now convinced that Mariah is Cassie, but Helen took her out of the hospital, when she was presumed to be dead, and gave her a whole new identity, like Girlt2 said.

I liked Jack and Kelly's conversation, but it's going to be interesting to see "Red's" reaction when she stumbles upon Jack and Kelly. I'm glad that we're also seeing Phyllis slowly awaken from her coma. On GH, they had Nina come out of her coma, and she was right as rain, which was ridiculous. Of course, we all know that she's been faking that, but still. If we were supposed to be lead to the fact that she was in a coma for years, it would have made it a bit more realistic had we gotten to see her in a coma, but whatever. This is Y and R, not GH.

Of course, this is gonna be the part where Austin gets exhonorated, because of Avery's letter that Leslie is making her write. I understand that Leslie's defending him, but to have avery, who was stocked, held at gunpoint, then shot the chief of police, to write a letter on Austin's behalf is ridiculous. I don't blame Dillin for getting angry. I don't see Davery lasting very long after this.

Summer and Austin are pretty cute to me. I've liked their scenes. It's also gonna be interesting to see what Phyllis's reaction is to hearing Summer and Austin's relationship. I like that they're spending the "holidays" together. I think they're being really cute.

Leslie, You don't need to be upset about Neill. You have a hunk of a doctor that you're married to. Let Neill's garbage play out. He wasn't willing to respect how you felt about marriage, so he's not worth your emotions.

Found it interesting that Kelly was upset about Neill too. She has no ties to him, and I think the only time she had ever been anywhere with Neill was when they had that foundation party for Delia, and they were all held hostage.

Pretty good show, but no cliffhanger, unless Phyllis's scene when her vitals went up was at the end of the episode.

VeronicaC ....I really enjoyed your post:

"Kelly has the same dress she had on last week. Is it supposed to be the same day? It was the same day on B&B for about 7 days the other week."

I would just like to add that the low cut dress she had on was completely inappropriate in saying "goodbye" to Jack going to say "goodbye" to Phyllis. in fact, it made me laugh as it seemed almost like something out of an old Carol Burnett comedy sketch...I mean, come on....That dress was so low cut she was spilling right out of it! It was just so desperately obvious, particularly as it was supposedly a "work day" dress!!!

I agree with Hudsoncat's post....I feel the same way and I don't think a lot of us have enjoyed the suggestion and more of incestuous
sl's,,,,the Devon with his father's wife is extreme, but before that it was Sharon with Victor, her husband's father who she has known since she was very young, then there was Summer with her brother Kyle, and now they are suggesting Mariah with the father figure of Nick? These scenarios are unnatural and repugnant to a lot of people. I remember someone over a year ago posted that it was the kind of stories that JFP liked to show and I couldn't really imagine that on daytime, but her words seemed to have been proven right...Not a great direction for the show for any number of reasons. Especially the suggestion of Nick having any interest in his dead daughter's twin....that is completely over the line for me.

I keep thinking of the words to the song "Amazing Grace" when I think of Neil's character....for I know one day he will be able to sing "I once was blind, but now I see" and that won't be good unless Devhil change their ways!

    bye for now!

Ita completely on your entire post!

Faith is getting on my nerves. Why don't Sharon tell her these questions you ask are for grownups only and go play with your dolls.

Soapsters: Nick is NOT Cassie's bio-dad, so it wouldn't be actually incest if he were to get together with Mariah, though highly inappropriate given that he raised Cassie. Agree about Kelly's dress. Tight and very low cut. She is now in competition with Avery and Leslie in the cleavage sweepstakes. Lily is vying for shortest skirt--one can see her underpants--award.

I worked in a large eastern city for many years, rode the train with female lawyers, etc. NEVER, ever saw "work" clothing like that displayed on the Y&R women.

    ITA with almost all sentiments.
    1) Hate Kelley. I hope Red and Jack get back together - I do kindof wish Summer is Jack's I have always hoped she was, would love to see a repeat paternity test still shows her to be Jack's.
    2) Cassie/Mariah - the twin idea is the most realistic. I had a friend who had twins but found out she was having twins 5 days before her due date - the second baby was directly behind the first and the heartbeat didn't show up - this was a couple of years ago, it can be argued that the technology when Sharon was pregnant did not exist or she could not afford it, so she didn't know.
Nick and Mariah was cringe worthy - more so than Sharon and Victor. If they'd do that pairing...ewww I'm just saying...
4)I hope Neil regains his sight as Hilvon/Devary is kissing in front of him.

Happy Friday, everyone! Has anyone thought about the scenario that Sharon's mom may have been a follower of Ian Ward/ John Darwin and may've known Sharon had twins and had him help her place both AND Helen had either lost a baby and Ian/ John said help raise this new second baby to replace the one you lost OR had Helen take the second baby because the people/ abusive lady adopting Cassie only wanted one baby. I remember that Cassie has been in an abusive home, so maybe the abusive lady had a sister that could've been Helen and she took the second baby. I'm trying to figure out the connections, so please. I also agree with the other poster that says Helen looks like she could be Mariah's mom... Did Frank, Cassie's father, have a sister or maybe Helen could be a relative of Frank's like an aunt that felt sorry for the babies and took one in. Last reach, what if Ian/John was Frank's bio father and Mariah is his granddaughter? Why do characters leave without a final adios, like Fen, Tyler, Chavez, the young man that was Hillary's cohort, etcetera?
