Ronan gets the lowdown from Tim's landlady, Adam confronts Sharon, and Genevieve gets a lead.

Phyllis opens her door to Kevin. She says they have to get their stories straight. Phyllis thinks they won't find Tim's body for weeks. She tells Kevin they shouldn't admit to having been together - she'll send a back-dated email saying she's not interested in the job offer. Chloe knocks. Phyllis tells Kevin to relax and lets her in. She asks if they've been working on the website. Phyllis says she told Kevin she's not interested. Chloe tries talking her into it. Phyllis steps away. Chloe asks Kevin where he was last night.

Ronan, at Tim's apartment, calls Michael at the station and tells him he found Reid. He steps outside the door with Beth the landlady. She tells Ronan they were planning on taking a trip together since Tim came into some money. Ronan shows her his Viagra. She says they were his 'thrill pills'. Ronan asks if anything strange happened last night. She tells him about the encyclopedia salesman being there. Ronan calls Michael back to pull Tim's bank records, and tells him preliminary reports show Tim died of a heart attack.

At the farm in Kansas, Nikki learns that Victor hasn't been there since Adam was married there. Nikki leaves Jack a message saying she loves and misses him - she hopes he understands.

Kyle finds Jack working out at the Abbott house. They talk about Sharon crowning herself queen of Newman. Kyle hopes they find Victor soon. Jack says he has no idea. Kyle wonders if Nikki knows. Jack says Nikki left - she's on a campaign to find Victor. Kyle can't believe it. Jack tells Kyle he stood up at the wedding. Kyle says he deserves better. Jack stands up again and nearly takes a step forward with Kyle's help. Jack jokes, "Maybe by your wedding." Kyle admits he's seeing Eden. Jack ignores a call from Nikki and gets back to his feet. He finally takes a step with Kyle's help.

At Gloworm, Adam tells Chelsea he doesn't want Sharon trashing Newman since they own a chunk of it. He says he'll express his concern to her. Chelsea thinks Sharon wants more than his concern. Adam reassures her he wouldn't ruin a very good thing. He leaves as Genevieve enters and joins Tucker. She's curious why he wants to find Victor, and figures it's the company. Tucker says the share prices will fall with Sharon at the helm and he'll buy - then the prices will rebound when Victor returns. He tells Gen it's a chance for her to get back in the game.

At the ranch, Sharon fires a man from Newman who threatens to go to Nick if she won't address his issue. Later, Adam arrives. He says he's worried she's in over her head. Sharon mocks his sweetness, and is sarcastic about him having no ulterior motives. Adam says he cares about her. Sharon tells him he and Victor are similar, and she learned a lot from both of them - that's how she stood up in that boardroom. Adam says they both hurt her too. Sharon says she's not a victim, she's a woman coming into her own. Adam warns Wall Street will be gunning for her and they'll be ruthless. She tells him to stuff his phony concern and makes a crack about his pregnant wife. He asks where she heard that. He wonders if someone is trying to manipulate her. Sharon tells him Chelsea dropped a pregnancy test. Adam says Chelsea's not pregnant. He asks Sharon who told her about Kaplan vs Kaplan - who is pulling her strings? Sharon laughs at him suddenly being a believer in corporate transparency. He says she's being played and reminds her that Tucker swoops in on companies when they're vulnerable. Sharon calls security. Adam asks if Victor is orchestrating this, and tells her when it all goes to hell, not to call him.

Kevin continues to lie to Chloe about the previous night back at Crimson Lights. Chloe's just glad she wasn't worried about him being with another woman or anything - she would have had to kill him and hide the body. Michael appears and says he's dealing with a dead body - Tim Reid's.

Ronan arrives at the penthouse and asks when she last saw Tim Reid. Phyllis says Leslie told her he didn't show up at the deposition. Ronan says he's dead. Phyllis says she hasn't seen him in weeks and asks how he died. Ronan says it's looking like a heart attack and says she must be relieved. He asks where she was last night. She says she was at home watching TV. Ronan says Tim's girlfriend claims he came into some money. Phyllis thanks him for stopping by. After, Phyllis calls Kevin and warns him the landlady saw him.

Sharon joins Tucker in his office. She tells him how great she feels, but thinks she may have got carried away yesterday. He says he enjoyed the kiss - both times - but knows he was merely in the right place at the right time. Sharon thanks him for understanding she doesn't need complications. He takes a call from Genevieve who located someone who saw Victor hitch a ride in a truck headed to Sioux Falls. He hangs up and turns back to Sharon.

Back at the station, Ronan and Michael discuss Tim only having $350 in his bank account - hardly a windfall. Ronan says Phyllis claims to have been alone at home. They wonder about the Viagra, and if another woman was involved.

On the wharf, Victor flexes his hand and drinks from a bottle in a paper bag.

Adam returns to Chelsea at Gloworm where she delights in his story of Sharon blaming him for her corruption.

Genoa City Spoilers for Tomorrow on The Young and the Restless:
Tucker tells Sharon left her in charge by walking out. She should prepare to get some respect.
Nick tells Avery when he's done with Sharon, she'd better not have another say in his father's company.
Jack tells Abby he wants to own a bigger piece of Newman Enterprises - she can help make that happen.
