Ashley lets Tucker go, Phyllis lies to Michael, and Christine shows up at Phyllis' penthouse.
At the station Nina visits Paul. She assures him Christine is working to get him out before Ricky's funeral but has to fight Ronan every step of the way. She wonders if he is being hard on him because of her. She suggests they're treating him like a criminal but he understands and doesn't resent them. Nina complains that Ronan doesn't listen. Paul suggests she doesn’t take the time with Ronan for granted. Meanwhile in the main room, Michael and Ronan wonder what Daisy was planning on doing with Phyllis’ statement.
At home, Heather asks Christine what the rental car statement means. Christine flashes to her investigation after the hit and run. She says it can't help Paul now but might shed light on the past. Heather wants more information but Christine wants to hold off until she sees Paul. They go to the station together.
Phyllis is freaking out at the penthouse. Nick demands to know why. He knows what she's like when she feels cornered and presses her some more. She gets a call from Michael and takes off to the station.
Neil runs into Harmony at Crimson Lights. She's been on his mind lately. She spies Sarge on the patio and leaves Neil to join him. He wonders what's going on - he thought she was interested in Neil. She's swearing off romance and tired of trouble. Just outside Neil catches up with Nick on the basketball court. Neil strips down and they play a game. Sarge wanders out and joins them. He tells Neil he’s just friends with Harmony. Sarge hustles them and as he’s taking Neil’s money tells him he hopes he has better luck with Harmony than the game. So does Neil.
Tucker chats with Ashley at Gloworm. She’s sorry Abby’s hoax was a waste of everyone's time. He asks her for dinner. She tells him she’s grateful that he let her lean on him. Tucker says he’d do it again. He tries to hold her hand but she pulls it away. He mentions their kiss and she tells him he misunderstood - she didn't mean to mislead him. Ashley admits she wishes they could go back but doesn't think they can. She tearfully tells him that maybe, someday, they can be friends again. Tucker apologizes and agrees to sign the divorce papers. They hug. Tucker wanders over the bar and sits with Harmony.
Heather and Christine arrive at the Station. Ronan catches Heather and shows her a statement from Daisy. She shares it's the same one they found in Ricky's stuff. Heather suggests it proves Paul wasn't lying about Ricky's confession. Ronan wants to find out the truth. Heather believes Paul. She points out all the evidence. Ronan suggests a flip side - that Paul was obsessed and misread the situation with Eden. Heather demands Ronan find the knife. Meanwhile, Christine visits Paul and shows him the statement. He asks if she thinks Phyllis was driving the car that hit them. She nods slightly and reminds him that the records were altered. Paul wonders what Phyllis’ motive would have been. Christine says she shouldn't have any reason then Christine flashes to her passionate kiss with Danny. She quickly leaves to go see Phyllis. Later, Heather stops Christine to ask for a copy of the statement. Nina joins them briefly and chat about how tough Ronan is on Paul. Christine leaves and Nina heads back to Paul. Heather overhears Ronan giving the order to find the knife. She looks on knowingly. Later, Heather suggests to Nina and Paul that Ronan is pretending to be tough to get extra resources. Heather asks Paul about the statement and both she and Nina wonder if Paul thinks that Phyllis hit him.
In an interrogation room, Michael shows Phyllis the statement and wonders if she knows why Daisy had it. Phyllis claims to not know and tells Michael that Daisy must have broke in. Michael suggests they could look at the security tape but since they wouldn't know what she was planning - why bother. Yeah, she agrees, why bother. She says she was glad to help.
Ronan sits down with Michael in the main room of the station, and shows him Ricky's copy of the statement. He admits it’s becoming clear that Ricky and Daisy were up to something. Michael notices the charge is circled on Ricky's copy but not on Daisy's. Michael says he knows exactly what it means and so does Phyllis. He tells Ronan she lied.
From the club, Nick leaves a message telling Phyllis they need to finish their conversation.
Meanwhile at the penthouse, Phyllis answers the door to find Christine. Christine shows her the credit cards statement and says, "A little blast from the past." She tells her it's time to fess up.
