* Camryn Grimes (ex-Cassie Newman) has been taping scenes at "Y&R" and will first be seen on Monday July 8 according to Soap Opera Digest. There are no details about her role available at this time.

* Mishael Morgan joins "Y&R" as Hilary Curtis beginning June 14, according to Soap Opera Digest. She will initially share scenes with Lily (Christel Khalil) and Cane (Daniel Goddard).

* "Y&R" is casting the role of 'Stitch' to appear on four episodes. He's a 30-something buddy from Dylan's (Steve Burton) army days. He's boisterous, enthusiastic, a thrill seeker, and was a medic for the platoon.

* "Y&R" is looking for a Caucasian in her early 40s; pretty, pleasant and fun, but a barfly, to play the role of Rose.

* According to TV Guide, the role of Katherine Chancellor will not be recast.

* After Jeanne Cooper passed away on May 8, "Y&R" writer, Brent Boyd, tweeted confirmation that viewers had already watched her last scene:

The last image of Jeanne Cooper on Y&R is of her ascending the stairs telling Jill, "I think I can manage. Good night." A fitting end.

* "Y&R" is looking to cast the role of 'Raven', an offbeat and quirky female in the 18 to 20 year-old range.

* "Y&R" is casting a late 30s/early 40s non-ethnic female to play a fortune teller/psychic who seems normal and unique.

* Beth Maitland let fans know through her Facebook page that she will return as Traci Abbott Connelly sometime in May.

* Shi Ne Nielson debuts as Detective Sheryl Gordon on Thursday May 2.

* Jerry Douglas returns as John Abbott on May 15 and 17.

* Ann Magnuson appears as Madame Miranda on May 17.

* B&B’s Zack Conroy crosses over as Oliver beginning May 21.

* Ex-"GH's" Erin Chambers joins "Y&R" as Melanie Daniels, debuting June 5.

* Jamie Hill, sister of model Lauren Hill, tweeted on May 2 that she was taping at "Y&R." She posted:
