Glass Wall Marriage.

Phyllis and Ronan kiss their way into her penthouse. He tells her she should go to bed - he's going home. He hopes Nick appreciates the effort she made tonight to try to get his attention while also ignoring him. Ronan kisses her and says, "Happy New Year," before leaving. Soon, Nick is at the door. He asks her what she wants. She says he came to her. Nick kisses her passionately.

Gen returns to Gloworm, where Gloria insists that her establishment had no part in what happened to Jack. Gen spots Ronan and tells him some strange things have gone on tonight - she's concerned Colin is behind it all. She wants Ronan to help her figure it out.

Good For Both Of Us.

Ronan and Phyllis meet up on the patio at Crimson Lights. Neither of them have plans for New Year's. She suggests going to his place, but he wants to go to Gloworm. She agrees. Inside, Adam bumps into Sharon. Adam assures her he didn't mean to violate the order. Sharon says she hates this, and leaves. Adam whispers, "Happy New Year," as Sharon cries on the patio.

Lauren and Gloria chat at Gloworm. They talk about Jeffrey - Glo would like to roast his chestnuts over an open fire. Lauren chuckles. Jack and Gen are at the door - he tells her how great he feels about the future. They kiss. Patty lurks outside. Jack and Gen sit down as Nick and Avery arrive. They exchange pleasantries. Lauren tells Nick that Michael stopped to see Victor. Nick and Avery are about to go to their table when Phyllis arrives with Ronan. Snarky conversation is exchanged. Lily and Cane arrive and are invited to join Jack and Gen. Cane and Lily tell them they've decided to go. They pass Patty outside, who is wondering how to stop the Jack and Gen situation. Deacon and Nikki are next on the scene. Nick is nice to them. Deacon looks taken aback. Michael comes in and kisses Lauren. Nick talks to them about his parents as Deacon lets Nikki know that he's aware she spiked his drinks before. Lauren tells Michael she wishes he didn't need Avery's help - she's trying to set Daisy free. Glo approaches Jack and Gen about having their reception there and announces their engagement to everyone. Patty hovers. Phyllis congratulates Jack, as does Nikki. Jack tells Nikki he's worried about her. She says she knows what she's doing, and pulls Glo aside to ask about Deacon's alibi. Glo admits she wasn't there the whole time - he could have left. Nikki slips out while Deacon's busy.

The Three Of Us?

At Ronan's, Nick guesses he doesn't have to worry about Phyllis 'handling' Malloy. Phyllis reminds him he is sleeping with her sister. Nick says he came to discuss Victor. Phyllis says they don't believe he killed Diane. Nick wonders if Phyllis thinks his mom killed Diane. Ronan shows Nick the video, and then tells him he thinks the video means Nikki didn't kill Diane. Ronan believes someone's been playing him from the start - trying to keep him distracted so he doesn't find the real killer. Nick offers the Newman resources to solve the mystery. Ronan smirks, "The three of us are going to work together?" Nick wants the truth. Avery calls Nick and says, "25 to life." She tells him Nikki's in jail too. Nick relays the information and goes. Ronan asks Phyllis if she's disappointed that Nick wasn't more jealous. Phyllis says she's fine and takes off, saying she'll see him later. Ronan gets a call to go on a case in Honolulu. He says it sounds too good to be true.

25 Years To Life.

Phyllis brings Ronan coffee at home. He marvels as she gets busy on the laptop. He asks about the film of the park. Phyllis confirms that neither Nikki nor Adam were in it. Ronan checks his email and says, "Whoa." There's a message from Diane Jenkins from beyond the grave. It's a video of Nikki passed out in the park with blood on her. They can't trace the email, and Ronan's distracted by Phyllis looking sexy. They make love. Phyllis heads to the shower, and Nick shows up. She pops out of the washroom in a towel and Nick stops talking.

Miss Tutti-Fruitti.

Phyllis and Ronan flirt at the tree lot. Nick spots them and Ronan claims to be helping Phyllis with her tree. Phyllis goes to pay, and Nick learns from Ronan that he was fired. As Nick asks Ronan who he thinks killed Diane, Phyllis returns and Ronan leaves. Nick tells Phyllis that Ronan may think she's the killer. He warns her to be careful. Phyllis smirks, "You think he wants to nail me?" She wonders who Nick thinks did it.

At the penthouse, Phyllis asks Nick who he thinks murdered Diane. He says it wasn't his dad, and warns her to watch out for Ronan. Once alone, Phyllis calls Ronan - he's already at the door. She admits she hasn't told Nick about them yet. He asks her about the article about Nikki - but isn't angry. He holds up mistletoe and they kiss.

Feisty.

In his apartment, Ronan does research on his laptop. Phyllis arrives with a sultry, "Hi." They start kissing, the clothes come off, and they make love. After, he tells her he got fired. Phyllis marvels that he was let go for trying to get to the truth. He says he was suspended from the FBI too. He asks her about Nikki and Victor's relationship. They both want to know the truth. Ronan asks her to go rogue with him and figure out who murdered Diane. As they make out again, Phyllis says she's in.

Into The Lion's Den.

In court, the judge refuses to accept Victor's guilty plea and orders him back to his cell. Sharon follows Victor and asks him why he's lying. He asks her not to worry about him, and reiterates that he's guilty. Avery asks Michael to let her help. Walsh whispers to Ronan that they'll talk later. Michael hints to Avery that if Sharon hires her for an independent investigation he'd have no control over her presenting her findings. Avery opens a file as Sharon walks up. Avery tells her this is their shot at saving Victor - it's the evidence Michael would have used to challenge the charges against Victor. They decide to try to show Adam is lying. Sharon calls Adam and asks to see him, but he says it's not a good idea. She hangs up and tells Avery he blew her off.
