Phyllis visits Jack, who says he needs someone to stay with him for a while. Phyllis agrees to move in on the condition he won't push himself too hard. Later, he downs a pain pill.

It's On.

At Restless Style, Billy laments the news that Victor will be getting out of prison. He tells Phyllis to get the story on why Victor confessed. Billy leaves, passing Nick. Nick tells Phyllis he came to check on her. She says she made a promise to him and Nikki and she's keeping it. He says they all owe her for helping find the truth. Nick apologizes for doubting her, or giving her reason to doubt him. Phyllis returns the sentiment. He says she's forgiven - bang - just like that. She can't say the same. Nick wants to take it slow. Phyllis suggests getting coffee.

The Greatest Gift.

Nina, Paul, Chance, and Christine enter Gloworm. Ronan is seated at the bar. Nina approaches and tells Ronan she won't pressure him anymore, but there's no reason they can't be polite. Ronan watches as they all have dinner. Chance wants to go see Delia before he leaves town. He stops on his way out to say goodbye to Ronan, and asks him to make up his mind about having a relationship with Nina and stop hurting her. Later, Christine returns and asks Ronan if he requested a transfer out of Genoa City. His silence confirms it. She says he's chickening out again.

At the Chancellor Estate, Murphy tells Esther that Katherine is out in the greenhouse pruning. Esther remarks that she's upset about Tucker's wedding today. Esther tells him she's got Delia's room all ready for her. They worry about Delia learning that Jill is gone and Chance is leaving. Soon, Nina, Paul, and Chance come in, talking about Delia coming home and thanking Esther for calling them. Paul goes. Chance tells Murphy about his run-in with Ronan. Chloe and Delia arrive. Chance tells Delia he has to catch a plane. Chance and Nina leave.

That's Bananas.

At the Chancellor Estate, Murphy and Chance show off their military outfits to Nina, Paul, and Christine. Murphy says Katherine stayed behind at the veteran's hospital. Christine thinks it's great that she volunteers there. Nina takes Paul aside and says she regrets how she handled Ronan. Paul wishes Ricky had joined them for dinner. Talk turns to Chance - Nina knows he'll get his orders soon. Paul steps aside with Christine, who admits she came to try to help Nina with Ronan. A messenger arrives. Chance says it's his next assignment. He says he's assigned to the Pentagon starting next week. Nina looks unsure.

Murphy hangs up the phone in the living room and tells everyone that was Jill - Delia's in remission! Katherine returns home and finds out the good news. They talk about Chloe getting a second chance with her child, which prompts Murphy to urge her to try again with Tucker. Across the room, Nina confronts Chance about hiding his papers. He admits that after he finishes in DC he's going back to the Middle East. Nina's supportive. Murphy tells Chris and Paul that Katherine left to go to a meeting.

Change Of Heart.

In Ronan's office, Christine attacks him for not explaining his disappearance. Chance and Nina leave. Christine tells Ronan she thought he was an S.O.B. at first, but he came back - that makes her think he's ready to deal with having a family.

Nina and Chance sit on a park bench. They are discussing Ronan when a boy scout and his mom come to decorate the park for Veteran's Day. Nina watches the boy and muses that she didn't get to raise Ronan, maybe that's why she can't give up.

Chance and Nina return to Ronan's office. Nina says she'll always be his mother, but won't bother him about a relationship anymore - if he wants one, he knows where to find her. Chance tells Ronan he doesn't deserve her, and they go. Christine follows. Once alone, Ronan has a meltdown. Phyllis walks in. He rushes past her.

At Crimson Lights, Christine and Chance assure Nina that they're proud of her. They notice Paul and Ricky. Chance leaves. Nina and Christine go over and introductions are made. Ricky tells Christine he's heard a lot about her.
