Sharon makes her way into the courtroom where Skye and Adam are still talking. She tells Adam her testimony was very damaging and he could have ordered his lawyer to discredit her, but he kept his word. She says, "Thank you," and walks out.

So Petty!

In the corridor, Adam reiterates to Sharon that she will not be attacked in the courtroom. Nick appears and scoffs that he's lying. Adam leaves, telling Sharon he said what he came to say. Sharon tells Nick she believes Adam. They walk back into her room, where Nick suggests that Adam's putting one over on her. Sharon is incensed that he thinks she's stupid! She tells him she needs protection from both him and Adam, and throws him out.

Adam goes into his room where Skye has just told Vance to annihilate Sharon since she is the one paying his fee. Adam asks if they're going behind his back, saying it's their last warning about going after Sharon! Skye leaves to get air, telling Vance to talk sense into him. Vance warns Adam if Sharon goes on about his confession at the trial, he's going to prison. Adam says they will do this his way and backing off Sharon isn't a request or a suggestion - it's an order!

At the courthouse, Owen Pomerantz tells Sharon she's up first. She says she will tell the judge everything. The Abbotts and Newmans all arrive. Traci mentions to Ashley that she met Vance Abrams once at a party - he's intense. Ashley tells Sharon about Vance's reputation, and is surprised that Sharon isn't concerned. The judge begins the trial and Pomerantz gives an opening speech. Abrams then takes the floor saying Adam is being railroaded by a mob of vigilantes. Pomerantz calls Sharon to the stand. He asks about their courtship, marriage, the note in the plane crash, and the night of the ball. Sharon recounts how Adam confessed everything he did to her and to Ashley. Vance asks to consult with Adam. He and Skye implore Adam to let Vance do his job. Adam says his mind is made up!

Thoughtful.

Adam and Skye are with Vance in their room at the Club discussing the preliminary hearing that day. Adam thinks back to kissing Sharon at Gloworm. Vance promises to make mincemeat of the Newmans and Abbotts even though they'll come after him with guns blazing. Vance holds up the newspaper - Adam and Sharon are on the front. Vance tells him he helped his cause. Adam insists he wasn't using her. Vance asks if there is anything he needs to know. Adam thinks back to telling Sharon everything the night of the ball. He tells Vance he confessed to Sharon, and Skye goes ballistic about his feelings for his ex-wife. Adam warns her to stop. Vance gets to looking through Sharon's file and learns about her shoplifting and trip to the sanitarium. Vance and Skye grin in anticipation, but Adam refuses to let Vance do anything to Sharon - no matter what she says on the stand! Vance leaves, and Skye angrily rants at Adam about Sharon. He tells her she's just jealous, and it's a game she can't win!

Adam goes to Sharon's room and knocks on the door. She tells him that Nick is in the other room with Faith. They go out into the hallway. She says she knows what he's doing - he doesn't want her to testify against him. He says he came to tell her that he's alright with her telling the truth on the stand, adding that she has his word no one is going to come after her for it.

BeetleJill!

Adam and Ashley are face-to-face inside Gloworm. Adam says he doesn't want to upset her and starts to move out of her way, but she says she has something to say to him. Sharon and Victor look on as Ashley has her say to Adam and becomes tearful. Skye appears at Adam's side and tells Ash it's sad, but some people are born victims. Ashley retorts that some are born predators!

In another corner of Gloworm, Kevin is incensed that Jana has the nerve to ask for her life back after sleeping with his brother. He storms off and Chloe follows. Billy passes by looking for Victoria, and Tucker sits down with Ashley, saying he's sorry she ran into Adam. They discuss Victor. Tucker says he's ready to go to the feds. Ash can't go along with it. She says if he does it, they'll part company. Tucker decides to back off for now. They kiss. Kevin has settled at a table with Chloe and Sharon. Jana sits alone watching. When Chloe mentions Restless Style, Jill appears. Kevin comments that it's like she conjured her up. Jill needles Sharon about Adam and Chloe whispers, "BeetleJill, BeetleJill, BeetleJill." Victor spots Adam at the bar, and when Adam gloats about his lawyer, Vic tells him no one can save him from what he has coming to him. Jana approaches Chloe and asks if she's seeing Kevin. He cops on and rolls his eyes about Jana feeling jealousy. Jana thinks it's a good sign. Sharon sits down with Victor, who warns her not to get sucked back in by Adam. Sharon doesn't reply. Jill compliments Jeffrey on Gloworm at the bar, and he chuckles and tells Gloria that Jill is throwing herself at him! Jill gets irritated, and joins Tucker when Ashley excuses herself from the table. Jill is pleased that Tucker was able to use the information she provided and promises not to let her down with the private investigator.

Back at Gloworm, Jana watches Kevin laughing with Chloe and breaks her glass, cutting her hand open. At a nearby table, Victor talks to Sharon abut Adam's trial. Adam sits with Skye who tells him to forget Sharon. He looks at the ceiling. Gloria and Jeff toast the success of the opening behind the bar when the cops arrive. They want to shut her down due to the stripper in the champagne glass. Jeffrey thinks it's great - they'll be notorious!

Sharon stands out behind Gloworm in the dark. The door opens and Adam walks out. He walks over to Sharon, puts his hand in her hair and pulls her toward him. They kiss deeply!
