Collateral Damage.

At the jail, Sharon tells Adam that she had someone make an excellent photo of what Skye looked like in Hawaii. Leslie arrives and tells them Vance's best investigator is in Hawaii showing it around. Adam comments that Skye liked luxuries and was not a low profile type of person - someone saw her. They talk about Sharon being threatened with obstruction of justice charges. Adam tells Sharon she's not responsible for this - but they both know who is.

Leslie returns to Adam's jail cell. They talk about his chances. She says half of the D.A.'s job has been done for him in the press, and he's trying to get the trial on the court calendar soon.

I Want You.

Leslie meets with Adam in jail. She tells him that Sharon is on a plane home from Hawaii. He's excited, thinking she's bringing Skye with her.

Sharon arrives at the jail to see Adam. She confirms that she found Skye in Hawaii like they thought. Adam smiles, and says, "You saved me again." Sharon shakes her head. She tells him she has no photos or eyewitnesses to prove she saw Skye, and now she's dead. Sharon tells him she was supposed to save him, but now they have nothing. Adam reassures her that they'll find someone who saw Skye.

Collateral Damage.

Nick shows up at the jail to see Adam. They spar and bicker. Nick says he doesn't care what he and Sharon want to do together, but he'd better stay away from his daughter. Adam wonders if Nick will use Faith to keep them apart. He warns if Sharon wants them to be a family once he's out of jail, there will be nothing Nick can do about it.

Fantasy World.

Adam talks to Sharon and Leslie in the jail. They tell her about Skye's perfume. Leslie says they need hard evidence. Sharon decides she'll leave for Hawaii today - if Skye's there, she'll find her. Leslie thinks it's the best shot they have. She leaves. Adam tells Sharon he's concerned about her going alone. She says they can't tell anyone else or Victor will tip Skye off. After Sharon leaves, Victor arrives. Adam asks if he came to gloat. Victor asks where he can find Sharon, and then warns Adam not to play games with him. They spar, with Victor saying Adam inherited none of Hope's goodness. Adam says in that case, he's all of him, and he's going to prove he set him up.

Adam is back in his cell when Phyllis pays him a visit. He doesn't want to talk to her. She asks what happened to wanting to get the truth. He counters that she's not interested in the truth. Phyllis says he was using her to establish reasonable doubt, and she was using him for a story. Phyllis tells him she came to see what it's like for Adam being where he belongs - at last. He tells her Skye is scamming all of them - that's the big story she's missing out on. Phyllis wants him to prove it. He says evidence is being gathered. Phyllis realizes Sharon has gone after Skye. She asks Adam if he thinks someone as vapid as Sharon is any match for Skye. Adam says she underestimates Sharon.

Leslie is with Adam in the interview room. She says she heard from Sharon - she was heading to the outpost where Skye picked up the perfume.

Three Spirits.

Back in his bed, Victor awakens again, this time to see Sabrina standing in his room. They say they miss one another. He realizes she's there to show him the present. They look at Adam in jail. Sabrina reminds Victor he framed him for a murder he didn't commit. Victor thinks he's better off behind bars, but Sabrina feels he'll regret this. Next, they visit the Abbott Mansion, where Ashley is making wedding plans with Tucker. Diane arrives, and says Victor is making her work through the holiday. Victor guesses he's a scrooge. They go to Victoria's house, where Noah has arrived, saying he felt he wanted to be with family. They discuss Victor's absence. Nikki doesn't want them to speak ill of him - she has everything being there, and he has nothing. Nikki proposes a toast to Victor. Sabrina tells him they miss him. She adds that he's a brilliant man, but sometimes he refuses to see things outside his own narrow point of view. She warns if he does nothing about it, he's doomed.

Christmas Eve in Genoa City.

Sharon is with Adam at the jail. She vows to prove his innocence, saying the only gift she wants is him out of there. Adam says she already gave him his gift - her love. Victor appears. He tells Adam it's good to see him behind bars, and says he's disappointed in Sharon. Adam says Skye isn't dead - he's behind bars because of Victor. Victor tells Adam he is where he belongs.
