Dregs and Leftovers.

Sharon arrives at the courthouse and calls Adam. He says having him there won't help her case. She hangs up. Victor takes Faith. Sharon tells Victor she hopes Faith never finds out what it's like for him to break a promise to her. Victor ignores her. In the courtroom, Michael and Leslie argue their points. Sharon gets up and says the charges, and the man she lives with, don't change who she is as a mother. Citing the first-degree murder charge, the judge gives full custody to Nick. Victor comes in with Faith and Sharon has to say goodbye. She appeals to Victor to do something. Victor leaves, and Adam turns up, leaving a message for the guy from Harvard to call him. Sharon and Nick appear with Faith. Sharon cries on Adam as Nick takes the child and leaves.

Do Anything.

Adam meets Jack at a shady motel room. Jack tells him his offer was too good to pass up. He explains his decision comes down to the money he can make, but admits it's also about Victor. They agree they hate each other just a little bit less than they hate Victor. Jack wonders where Skye would have stashed her money. Adam says it was in an offshore account - and he was the only heir. Jack grins at the Newman Fund getting capital from Victor's blood money.

Ashley comes to Sharon's house and confronts her about letting Adam near Faith. Ashley also tells her she heard the tape of her arguing with Skye on Restless Style. Sharon can't believe it got out. Ashley makes it clear that she thinks Sharon may have killed Skye. Sharon defends herself, and Adam, but Ashley's having none of it. Adam comes in and Ashley exits angrily. Sharon tells Adam about the recording being on the web.

Leslie arrives at Sharon's door to let her and Adam know Restless Style has pulled the recording, but the jury pool has probably been tainted. Sharon is stunned that she may actually go to trial. Leslie says the D.A. is pushing the case into court soon. She leaves, and Adam reassures Sharon. Phyllis and Jack come to the door. Phyllis tells Sharon she thinks she's innocent and would like to help prove it. Adam is snarky. Jack asks if they've got a better offer. Sharon says she trusts Jack. Brainstorming is about to ensue. Jack and Adam whisper an agreement to keep their own deal secret.

Sharon and Adam are at home wondering who made the anonymous bail payment. Sharon says they fought for his freedom and now they'll fight for hers. She says all they have to do is prove Skye's death was an accident. Adam kisses her. She leaves, and Adam calls someone to ask for five minutes of their time.

Adam meets with Jack at the Club. Jack denies he posted bail for Sharon. Adam says he has a proposition. He explains that Victor would have motivated Skye with cash - he wants to hunt down that money and wants Jack to trace it back to Victor. Adam says he'll grow the money into a fortune and wants Jack onboard. Jack can't get into the idea of doing business with Adam. Adam asks him to think it over.

Heat Of The Moment.

Jack and Diane are at the Club bar discussing Kyle. They bicker about her living with Victor, who would think nothing of using Kyle. Jack tells her that Sharon was arrested for murder - that's how Victor works. Diane takes off. Adam arrives and wants to talk about Sharon with Jack. He says as long as they're together, he doesn't care about Sharon or her crisis. Adam asks Jack to pay her bail, but Jack suggests he do it. Adam says he's trying.

Phyllis appears in front of Sharon's jail cell and says, "I had to see this with my own two eyes." She insists she's not there to gloat, but to follow the evidence. Sharon reiterates that she tried to save Skye. Phyllis muses that accidents can happen in anger in the heat of the moment. Sharon says if she was ever going to kill someone in the heat of the moment, it would have been her! Phyllis leaves and Noah arrives. He hates to see her in jail, but warns that Adam is bad for her. Once he's gone, Victor appears. Sharon asks if he's come to help. Victor reminds her that she needs to acknowledge she made a mistake getting involved with Adam before he'll help. Adam shows up and warns Victor he'll outwit him. Victor wishes him luck, and then calls Michael to meet him.

Leslie comes into the jail area and tells Sharon and Adam her bail has been paid by an anonymous benefactor.

Exactly Where She Belongs.

In the Club dining room, Adam protests as Sharon is arrested. Christine tells the police no cuffs. Adam and Sharon both appeal to Victor to fix this and not take Sharon from her daughter. Victor says he'll take the baby to Nick. Adam asks the police how Victor rigged this, and Christine tells him to stop talking. Adam calls Leslie. Victor asks Chris what evidence she has against Sharon - she can't say. Victor calls Nick and says he's bringing Faith to Victoria's.
