Heat Of The Moment.

Phyllis appears in front of Sharon's jail cell and says, "I had to see this with my own two eyes." She insists she's not there to gloat, but to follow the evidence. Sharon reiterates that she tried to save Skye. Phyllis muses that accidents can happen in anger in the heat of the moment. Sharon says if she was ever going to kill someone in the heat of the moment, it would have been her! Phyllis leaves and Noah arrives. He hates to see her in jail, but warns that Adam is bad for her. Once he's gone, Victor appears. Sharon asks if he's come to help. Victor reminds her that she needs to acknowledge she made a mistake getting involved with Adam before he'll help. Adam shows up and warns Victor he'll outwit him. Victor wishes him luck, and then calls Michael to meet him.

Leslie comes into the jail area and tells Sharon and Adam her bail has been paid by an anonymous benefactor.

Exactly Where She Belongs.

In the Club dining room, Adam protests as Sharon is arrested. Christine tells the police no cuffs. Adam and Sharon both appeal to Victor to fix this and not take Sharon from her daughter. Victor says he'll take the baby to Nick. Adam asks the police how Victor rigged this, and Christine tells him to stop talking. Adam calls Leslie. Victor asks Chris what evidence she has against Sharon - she can't say. Victor calls Nick and says he's bringing Faith to Victoria's.

At the police station, Leslie, Sharon, and Adam listen as Christine explains they have an audio tape of Sharon arguing with Skye on the volcano. Christine tells her she'll be charged with murder one! Leslie says she could challenge the recording, but Sharon already confirmed she was there. Leslie argues with Christine and the D.A. that Sharon had no motive, but they don't buy it. Bail is set at one million dollars. Adam takes Leslie aside - he's stressed about getting Sharon out. Nick strides in and tells Sharon that Faith will be fine. Sharon narrows her eyes and asks if he thinks she's a killer. Nick says he doesn't think she went there to kill Skye, but warns he'll get custody of Faith now. Christine walks over - she and Nick greet one another. Adam tells them all that he, Sharon, and Nick were all in New Orleans when Skye went missing - this is all on Victor. Nick thinks back to Victor lying. He tells Sharon that if she could hand Faith to Adam, she might be capable of anything. Adam appeals to Christine about Victor, but she won't listen and orders Sharon taken to her cell. Adam promises to clear Sharon just as she cleared him.

Not a Done Deal.

Sharon asks Nick to hand over Faith at the Ranch as Nikki walks in. Nick says he lost his petition for full custody. Sharon tells them if they don't like her being with Adam - too bad - it's time they took a look at their own screwed up lives. She and Adam leave with Faith and Nikki asks Victor to do something. Victor says he'll call in some favors, adding that Sharon will get what she deserves. Victoria calls Nikki and Nick and asks them to come by the house. Victor tells them to go ahead, and then makes some calls.

Back at the tack house, Adam and Sharon play with Faith. Sharon says she's through with being intimidated - the three of them are together and there's nothing anyone can do about it. Adam tells Sharon that he will spend the rest of his life proving to her that he deserves the second chance she gave him. Sharon asks him to forget about revenge. Adam feels it's not entirely up to him. They decide to go to the Club.

Sharon and Adam are at the Club with Faith when Victor comes in. He warns Sharon she should think twice before going down this road, Sharon says no one asked for his opinion. Sharon and Victor go back and forth until Adam says Victor should leave. Suddenly Christine and the police appear. They place Sharon under arrest for the murder of Skye Newman!

Indecent Proposal.

Sharon comes home with groceries. Adam reassures her about the custody case, pointing out that he was cleared and she's a great mother - the judge won't keep Faith from her. Sharon says it's her day to have Faith and calls Nick, but he won't allow it. Sharon is about to head out to confront him when she meets an FBI agent at the door! He wants to talk to her about seeing Skye in Hawaii. As he questions Sharon about her encounter with Skye, he suggests Sharon must have been angry. Adam leaps to Sharon's defense, pointing out that Sharon wouldn't have pushed Skye - she needed to prove she was alive. Adam suggests if he had good instincts, he'd be questioning Victor. Sharon agrees. The FBI man leaves. Sharon rants about Faith needing consistency. The phone rings - it's Leslie.

At the Ranch, Nick hangs up from Sharon and tells Victor he hasn't heard back from family court yet about a ruling. Victor thinks everything will work out. Nick wonders if Victor did anything to help it along - the last time he got involved, Vikki lost Reed. Victor admits he expressed his opinion to the judge. Nick says Faith loses either way. Before long the FBI agent shows up and asks Victor to answer some questions about Skye. Victor gives answers about his travel, and Nick tries to back him up. The FBI agent lets Victor know that Sharon insisted he was responsible for Skye being in Hawaii. After he leaves, Nick is upset that Sharon sent him there. The phone rings - it's Michael telling him he has to continue to share custody with Sharon. Victor is incensed. The doorbell rings - Sharon and Adam come in. Sharon says to Nick, "I'm here for my daughter. Hand her over."

They Love Lucy!

At Sharon's house, she embraces Adam and tells him she put the rest of his things in their room. They talk about the past 24 hours being dreamlike. Sharon muses that Jack cared enough about Skye to clear the record on her death. Adam worries about a custody battle over Faith, and offers Sharon an out. Sharon says she can handle it. They are planning tomorrow's shopping when Nick arrives. Adam quips, "Here we go!" Nick confronts Sharon, and Adam warns him not to bully her. Nick says he doesn't want Adam near his kid. He thanks Sharon for making his custody case easier, then leaves. Sharon tells Adam not to let Nick get to him. Sharon is certain he won't be able to take Faith away because Nick doesn't like who she's with. Adam compliments her strength. She gives him credit for being the only person who has believed in her and treated her like a competent adult. They sit in front of the fire, sip wine, and joke about cooking creole food. Things turn steamy and they make love.
