I Hate You.

In the hospital, Olivia checks on Sofia. She asks if the stress of lying to Neil is getting to her. Sofia insists she's only worried about the health of her child. Liv goes to get test results when Malcolm returns. She returns with Katherine, who she found on the elevator. Sofia explains to Kay that she's pregnant and had a little scare. Kay hopes their discussions weren't the cause. Malcolm tells her to sit down, and explains that Cane is alive and Colin Atkinson is his father. Katherine absorbs the news, thinking about the impact on Lily and Jill. Liv walks her out to the corridor to make sure she's okay.

Olivia returns to Sofia's room. She's alone. Liv tells Sofia that she is RH negative, which will be a problem for the baby if the father is RH positive. Just then, Malcolm returns.

Push The Dates.

Olivia grills Sofia at the Club about what she and Neil were up to. Sofia laughs it off, but can't fool Liv, who asks why she's lying. Suddenly, Liv gasps, "Oh God. Don't tell me the baby could be Neil's!" Sofia confesses. Olivia does the math to figure out her conception date. Sofia groans - they can't rule out Neil. Sofia worries about the impact on the entire family if this gets out. Liv says they just have to convince Neil the baby couldn't be his. She tells Sofia to push the dates by two weeks when she sees the doctor.

Liv returns to Crimson Lights and joins Neil. Malcolm and Sofia enter and say everything went fine - the baby will arrive in mid-November. Sofia adds, "Which means I got pregnant in early March." Neil visibly relaxes and Liv says she's happy for them.

You Can't Keep Avoiding Me.

At the Club, Neil tells Olivia about Sofia's pregnancy. Devon calls Neil and asks him to join them. Neil declines, and asks to speak to Sofia. Liv steps away and Neil orders Sofia to come to the Club, warning she can't keep avoiding him. Olivia returns, and Neil sends her to Crimson Lights. She leaves just as Sofia arrives. Sofia tells Neil it's not his baby. Neil says he has to be positive. He wants Malcolm to be the father, but if he isn't, he's going to tell him.

Olivia congratulates Malcolm at the coffee house. He says Sofia had a meeting. Liv realizes she left her cellphone at the Club and leaves. Devon and Lily get a drink and then find a bouquet on their table. The card says, "Meet me at the usual place." Devon asks who they're from.

At the Club, Neil tells Sofia they will do a paternity test, and if the baby is his they have to tell Malcolm. Sofia says he needs to let it go. She places her hand over his and says she's begging him. Just then, Olivia comes back and spots them together. When Neil leaves, Liv confronts Sofia.

The Runaway Bride.

Gathered at the church for Malcolm's wedding to Sofia are Devon, Roxy, Nathan, Olivia, Jill, Colin, Daniel, Ashley, and Tucker. Neil asks Jill if she's okay with being at the church. She's okay, and Colin asks about Lily, who is with Sofia. Daniel tells them she had a 'moment' outside, but is fine. Neil introduces everyone to Leslie, and Tucker goes to check on Sofia. He says, "If your father could see you now." Lily beams, and Sofia says he can. Malcolm has joined Neil at the altar, and the wedding march begins. Lily enters, followed by Tucker and Sofia. Neil flashes to making love with her.

At the altar, Malcolm and Sofia exchange rings and vows, and are pronounced husband and wife. They kiss as everyone applauds. Neil and Lily are first to congratulate them, followed by the rest. Sofia is slightly taken aback by Neil's date, Leslie, but recovers quickly. Malcolm and Sofia leave in their car, and Neil takes a moment with Lily on the front steps. When they walk off, Jill and Colin reflect on the steps about Cane's death.

At the wedding reception at Gloworm, Ashley asks Leslie if there is any word on Sharon. Neil explains why Ashley is concerned for Faith. Nate and Olivia appear. Liv jokes about being a former Mrs. Malcolm Winters. Sofia and Malcolm enter to cheers. Malcolm does a heartfelt toast and moves to kiss Sofia, who rushes off feeling nauseous. After, Lily reassures her about her nerves. Sofia throws her bouquet and it's caught by Leslie. Sofia looks slightly grim as everyone jokes. Lily admits to Daniel she's thinking about her and Cane. Daniel suggest they go. Malcolm and Sofia also decide to go. The remaining couples dance.
