It's the Only Way!

Adam arrives to meet Sharon at the cabin. He tells her he's glad she called, and suggests they go inside. She acts nervous, and says she wants to stay outside. Victor, who is in the cabin, peers out through the curtains at Adam and Sharon. Adam tells Sharon she looks beautiful in the moonlight. She hollers at him to stay where he is! Adam professes to her that he will be a better man, and tells her he was about to do something horrible and desperate tonight, but he couldn't go through with it - he needs her to save him again - his life depends on it! Nick is in the bushes and takes a photo which he sends to Phyllis at the Club - she relays to the others that Adam is at the cabin - the air is wrought with tension. Jack also gets the text and tells Ashley, at her house, that it's time. Inside the cabin, Victor scrunches up a photo of him holding Adam as a baby. As Adam continues to talk to Sharon, she suddenly says she's sorry. Just then, Adam is hit in the head with something and falls to the ground - knocked out cold!

Nails on the Chalkboard Personified!

In the bookstore, Sharon hangs up from Adam and Nick gets a call from Victor asking how the meeting with Tucker went. Nick excuses himself to go to the office and tells Sharon it was nice seeing her. Rafe appears and greets Sharon. He calls her a friend and tells her that the plane crash after she married Adam was an omen. He explains that Adam is a consummate game-player and doesn't care who gets hurt. Sharon says she's sorry things went badly for him, but Adam isn't like that. Rafe wishes her luck.

Rafe comes into the Club, where Phyllis speaks to him about Adam. She asks if he thinks Adam and Dr. Taylor were intimate. Rafe laughs and says no, but there was something going on between them - it just wasn't sexual. As he walks away, Neil comes in to meet Phyllis. He fills her in on the back story of the purple, bloody cloth. They agree to team up to find out what is going on with Adam - and get him out of all of their lives. They start going over all of the information they have and come to the conclusion that something went on between Adam and Ashley - and Dr. Taylor knew what it was!

Jo-Jo's Estate Sale!

Rafe comes in and sits down with Billy, who grills him on his relationship with Adam. He buys him a drink, but Rafe won't spill - he tells Billy he knows this is a game to him. Billy points out that it's impossible to bring down Adam within the confines of the system, but he can do it if Rafe tells him how to get him. Rafe doesn't know if anyone can take down someone as devious as Adam, but he'd sure like to see Billy try! Rafe goes into his history with Adam, saying how he sucked him in, and that Heather was his girlfriend at the time. Rafe continues to tell Billy more information about Adam. Billy thanks him and he leaves the bar. Billy has another exchange with Mac - he feels he's doing the right thing.

Walk Away!

Billy meets with Rafe in jail to discuss his case. Rafe warns that the judge can keep him in there for a long time. He can end it all by naming his source. Billy refuses. Rafe leaves, and Daniel comes back into the cell. Billy asks Daniel how he's doing. Daniel says peachy, and Billy scoffs that he should be thankful to have a friend in there. Daniel isn't sure that's what they are, and calls him out about what he's printed in Restless Style. Billy warns him not to take sides. They get into an argument, and Daniel brings up Colleen's death. He tells Billy he's just become a jackass who is burning all his bridges - just like Victor Newman! Billy goes to make a phone call and comes back to find the big man threatening Daniel. Billy intercedes and threatens the big man in return - even licking his fist for effect! The man backs down and Daniel thanks Billy.

Jack goes to see Daniel in jail and asks what he can do to help. Daniel says he already has by helping at the landfill. They laugh about Katherine turning up there in her hip waders! Daniel tells Jack that Billy is his cellmate. Jack asks him not to tell Billy he was there. Daniel urges him to talk to Billy, saying he needs him. Jack and Billy come face-to-face, and Jack asks what it's going to take for him to get the message! They get into a huge argument, and Rafe returns to tell Billy the judge won't budge. Jack walks out saying his brother is a lost cause!

All or Nothing!

Billy is with Rafe on the coffee house patio. Billy wants Rafe to get him out of this court issue. Rafe says he can't - if his source was a juror, they committed a crime. Rafe advises him to answer all the judge's questions respectfully. Billy says he won't reveal his source. Rafe warns he could be found in contempt. Billy gets up and walks inside where Mac is seated. Mac questions him about going after Victoria again. He gives his reasons and she points out that he's behaving like Victor Newman. Billy wants to talk about something else. Mac says she finds out this afternoon whether or not she's pregnant.

On a break in court, JT arrives to meet Victoria, and Rafe urges Billy to reveal his source - the worst that will happen to the juror is a stern talking to! They go back in, and the judge asks Billy once again to reveal his source. Billy replies that he could do that, but then he wouldn't be able to look at himself in the morning. The judge orders Billy be taken to jail!

Revenge is Never Worth the Price!

Rafe is in Adam's room, trying to talk to him about coming out of the closet. Adam insists he's not gay and wants to be with Heather. Rafe feels he'll have a hard time convincing her of that. Adam tells him to let this thing go, but Rafe accuses him of playing games with him.

Victor heads upstairs to Adam's room, where he and Rafe are still arguing. Victor tells Rafe he will drop all charges if Estella cooperates. Rafe scoffs, saying she's not going to plead guilty to gaslighting Ashley - she didn't do it. Victor says there is an accomplice, and cameras were found on the premises. Rafe is outraged, saying if someone else is involved, Victor should be begging for Estella's forgiveness! Victor hollers that he needs to give his message to his aunt, warning that he won't go easy on anyone who does this to his family!
