Get Over Yourself.

Still at the courthouse, Lauren tells Michael they should plan a celebration. They agree not to invite Phyllis. Lauren and Michael happily join the others. Suddenly, Phyllis appears with Daisy. She announces that Daisy is there to get her parental rights reinstated.

Strength.

Phyllis coaches Daniel on how to hold Lucy at his apartment. He's not keen on her input. Rafe arrives and says the court is set to terminate Daisy's parental rights today. He leaves, and Phyllis asks Daniel what he's going to do when he has full custody. Daniel says Billy and Victoria will raise Lucy. Phyllis thinks this mistake will haunt him. Daniel says it's not her choice, and warns her about alienating everyone - including Lucy.

Daniel arrives at Billy and Victoria's door with Lucy. He tells them he has news. Rafe joins them and they all happily discuss the prospect of the court granting Daniel full custody, and Billy and Victoria adopting Lucy legally.

In the courtroom, Ashley explains to the judge why she was in Tucker's hospital room. She pleads with him to allow her to spend time with her fiance. The judge revokes her bond - she has to stay in jail. Jack comes in and tells her to hang in there. Outside, Billy, Vikki, Rafe, and Daniel wait for family court to start. Vikki tells Billy she won't take the job at Jabot. As they kiss, Phyllis appears. The go inside, where the judge terminates Daisy's rights and grants custody to Daniel.

Happy Birthday To Me.

At Vikki's house, Daniel asks her to watch Lucy while he runs some errands. She thanks him again for doing this. Billy and Rafe enter. They explain that the judge was impressed that Billy made an effort to explain the violation of the gag order. Billy adds that he swore it wouldn't happen again. As Daniel is about to leave, Kevin comes in to see his niece. Billy tells Lucy if she ever needs acorns to ask Uncle Kevin, but then lets him hold her. Just then, Billy realizes Phyllis hacked into the website and posted another blog. Rafe says this isn't good. Even Kevin is unable to help Billy delete the blog. Rafe advises that Daniel and Lucy move off the premises - just until he gets full custody. Vikki and Billy say goodbye. Daniel leaves, and Kevin says he managed to delete the blog. Vikki lashes out at Billy, yelling, "What is wrong with you!" She leaves, and Rafe gives Billy a pep talk. Billy goes to log on to the site and a spots a pop up for online gambling.

Daisy Bait.

At home, Billy and Vikki talk and play with Lucy. Rafe arrives - he's stunned to see Lucy. They explain that she and Daniel moved in. Rafe tells Billy that Restless Style broke the gag order. After he and Billy leave, Daniel comes back. Vikki tries to reassure him about his mother's blog. Daniel says she wants her own way.

Daniel's Decision.

At home, Vikki and Billy await Daniel's call. The phone rings - it's Rafe. Billy tells Vikki that Lucy is being released. Vikki leaves Daniel a message as Traci comes in. They fill her in, adding that Phyllis is pressuring Daniel to retain custody. Rafe arrives and he goes outside with Billy. Vikki rages to Traci about how much she hates this - what if she doesn't get her back? Traci is surprised it's become a battle, and urges Vikki to love Lucy enough to make sure she's never hurt again. Outside, Rafe warns Billy there's a gag order regarding Lucy, and the D.A. is fed up with his lack of co-operation about the adoption. Billy and Rafe go back inside as Traci leaves. Billy warns Vikki the D.A. is considering bringing charges against him - he hopes to cut a deal. Rafe goes.

Despair and Desperation.

At Gloworm, Billy tells Rafe he's worried about what will happen with Lucy. Rafe suggests Billy work things out with Chloe where Delia's concerned. Rafe goes. Adam appears and asks Billy to print an article dispelling rumors that Sharon committed suicide. Billy agrees to do it for Sharon.

Billy meets Rafe back at Gloworm and rants about Chloe. Rafe murmurs that they obviously didn't smoke a peace pipe. Billy says if she tries to take Delia they'll countersue for full custody.

The Way We Were.

At the station, Michael tells Chloe that Angelo knows nothing about Kevin. He confirms Lucy was taken from Billy. Daniel and Phyllis arrive. Michael asks the D.A. to call the judge about Lucy. He refuses. Billy walks in with Vikki, who tells Chloe, "We lost our baby because of you!" Chloe says she didn't know this would happen. Nikki comes in as Vikki calls Chloe a vindictive hypocrite. Nikki takes Vikki home. Billy takes Chloe elsewhere. Rafe comes in and tells Michael, Phyllis, and Daniel the judge is an old friend of his father's - the DNA test is set.
