Jill and Esther bicker over tablecloth colors at the Chancellor Estate. Katherine notices Chloe seems down. She admits Kevin dropped a bomb on her last night. Kay says his intentions are always good. Chloe tells Esther to set a plate for Kevin and leaves.
Harmony enters the Chancellor dining room as Jill refers to her as a crack addict. Murphy takes Harmony out and Kay tells Jill to rein in her jealousy. They argue, but Harmony keeps interrupting. She finally says she's going to attend a meeting and leaves. Kay is angry at Jill. Chloe and Kevin return. Victor arrives after them and asks about Delia. Chloe snipes that she's missing her father. Victor muses that maybe he'll find his way back to her.
Chloe has just brought Delia downstairs for dinner at the Chancellor mansion when Billy and Vikki burst in to everyone's shock. He takes Delia in his arms, says, "Daddy's home," and looks at Victor.
Deal With The Devil.
Jill and Katherine greet Kevin as he arrives at their house. When they call him a hero he goes to find Chloe. Jill tells Katherine she was right about her leaving Billy in boarding school - she hopes he's not repeating that mistake with his own child.
Victor greets Jill when she enters his office. She tells him Victoria is in New York - she assumes she got stuck there when the flights were cancelled. Victor wants to know everything they learned in Myanmar. She tells him, and then goes. Victor tries calling Vikki, but she doesn't answer his call.
Making An Entrance.
Katherine finds Jill in the Chancellor Estate living room. Jill explains where she was and assures Katherine that Billy's alive. Katherine admits to Jill that she's hurt over not being invited to Tucker's wedding. They spar about their pasts with their sons. Jill suggests they focus on Delia instead and they apologize to each other. Katherine confesses she did something wrong - she invited Harmony back to live with them.
The Greatest Gift.
Cane, Jill, and Vikki are on a flight to New York where they'll stop to eat and change planes. Vikki thinks they've left Billy behind and worries he could be dead. Jill tells her not to panic and Cane backs her up. Jill says Billy has wriggled out of every jam he's been in - this is no exception.
At the airport in New York, one person has to stay behind. Vikki insists that Jill go on home. Cane calls Kevin. They discuss Billy's situation. Cane tells him Vikki and Jill showed up in Myanmar. Kevin tells Cane that Delia's going home, and Victor is there at the hospital. Cane hangs up and tells Jill and Vikki that Delia's going home. Vikki convinces Jill to fly home with Cane. Once alone, Vikki sits at a table and recalls the last time she ran into Billy at the airport in New York. Billy arrives just then, also remembering, and sits at the bar with Tank, who is upset that Victor wants him to babysit Billy in New Delhi. He says to hell with it and leaves, wishing Billy luck. Later, Victoria gets up to leave and sees Billy at the bar. She whispers his name and he turns.
On the flight to Genoa City, Jill admits to Cane she's a lot more worried about Billy than she let on to Victoria. Jill talks to Cane about how much she loves Billy and begins to cry. Cane says, "Billy's not dead." Jill says he doesn't know that. Cane says he does - Billy's not dead. He explains that Billy wants to be with his family but is laying low. Jill is upset at their deception, but also concerned.
New Delhi Retreat.
In Myanmar, Victoria tells Jill that she's getting texts from her dad - he's knows she's in Myanmar and is threatening to fly there. She tells Jill she'll have to throw him off so he doesn't ruin this.
