Missing.

Daniel arrives at the penthouse and learns the trial is going ahead. Daniel tells Phyllis that Nick sent him to check on her. They leave for court.

Christine, Danny, Paul, and Nina greet Heather in the courtroom. Heather says the trial was nearly delayed. Daniel enters with Phyllis and Avery and says Summer and Fen are missing. Chris tells Phyllis she hopes Summer calls. Heather and Nina sympathize. Danny expresses his concern to Phyllis. Daniel tells him he probably shouldn't be there. Danny goes. Nina leaves with him. Michael arrives and the trial begins with Heather and Leslie's opening statements. Michael calls Kevin to the stand. Phyllis whispers, "Oh my God."

I Won't Forget.

Daniel and Heather flirt discreetly at Crimson Lights. Lily greets them and Heather moves away. Lily discusses Heather with Daniel, saying it's weird she's prosecuting his mom. She takes a call from Cane, who is busy, but will see her later tonight. Lily turns back to Daniel and assures him he'll figure things out, and he's an amazing father. She goes, and Daniel and Heather text, arranging to meet at his place in two hours.

At the Club, Nina confronts Phyllis about her affair with Ronan. Lauren tries unsuccessfully to intervene. Nina calls Phyllis a slut and things get personal. Phyllis reminds her how Chance came into the world. Nina smacks her. Nina's phone rings and she says, "Nothin' important, just takin' out the trash." Lauren chastises Phyllis for making things worse. Phyllis protests that she's defending herself. Lauren suggests she learn to keep her mouth shut. Daniel appears and says she's right - Phyllis needs to stop being mad at everyone else and get her stuff together.

Nina, Paul, Avery, Heather, Lauren, and Danny meet up at the Club. Paul and Avery fill them in on the latest setback in his case. While ordering food, Heather gets a call and leaves. Daniel notices. Paul takes a call from Eden. He tells her about the knife and how much he appreciates the effort she's made. Paul sits down where Danny tells everyone Phyllis admitted she saw the kiss between him and Christine. Paul needs a drink. He and Avery go to the bar. Nina moans that it seems the world is against Paul. Lauren teases Danny about Christine. At the bar, Paul tells Avery, "They're going to convict me."

Daniel follows Heather to the cemetery, where the caretaker who called her says flowers come everyday to Ricky's grave with a card that says, "I won't forget." Heather decides to figure this out herself and not upset Paul.

Code Of Silence.

Daniel tries to cheer up Phyllis on the coffee house patio. Heather enters, looks at them, and walks inside. Phyllis realizes that Daniel has been seeing her. Inside, Kevin lets Heather know about his security cameras. Heather tries to make an excuse for her and Daniel going into the washroom together. Phyllis rants at Daniel on the patio while Chloe sneaks past. Daniel denies dating Heather, and Phyllis takes off for a massage. Chloe confronts Daniel about lying, and threatens to cut his ponytail off if he won't come clean. He admits he likes Heather and tells Chloe she just dislikes her for being with Chance. He swears her to secrecy. Chloe comments about him and redheads. Daniel says she can't even tell Kevin. Inside, Kevin warns Heather that Daniel has baggage, but she counters that he's a good guy and is a great dad. Kevin gives his blessing. Heather swears him to secrecy because she's prosecuting Phyllis. Kevin defends Phyllis, but agrees to keep quiet. Later, Chloe and Kevin make small talk but both break. They tell Daniel and Heather they suck at secrets. The four sit on the patio and Daniel refers to their 'code of silence' - he thinks Kevin and Chloe can help them get alone time. They're in.

And So It Begins.

In his apartment, Daniel takes a call from Phyllis who fills him in on a woman claiming to be Sheila taking Daisy out of Fairview. Heather comes in so he hangs up. Heather gets up to speed and tells him she'll be notified if Daisy turns up. They kiss, and then entertain themselves with her guitar before discussing Daisy. Daniel tells Heather he'll divorce Daisy in absentia and will need her help. Heather teases he's sleeping with her for legal advice.

Sandbagged!

At the Club, Michael, Lauren, Neil, Abby, Kyle, Christine, and Katherine talk about Victor. Abby and Katherine get texts from Nikki to return to the chapel. Nearby, Danny tells Phyllis they need to talk. Daniel appears. Paul and Nina arrive. Phyllis smirks that Christine has had sex with every man there except Daniel. Lauren says she has too. Michael replies, "Great, honey." Phyllis isn't up for Danny's accusations and storms off.

United Front?

At Daniel's place, he and Heather joke about their sneaking around. They make love, and then discuss their situation and Lucy. Daniel says Daisy was a good mom, and Lucy will need a woman in her life. Heather smiles at him thinking that far in the future. He says he's crazy about her. Heather gets a call to meet Paul and promises to return. Michael, Phyllis, and Kevin arrive and tell Daniel that Daisy's alive and in a coma. Daniel wants to see her. Michael phones to get permission. They leave.
