Don't Close The Door.

At Crimson Lights, Daniel tells Lily he's moving. Lily thinks it sounds great. Cane enters as they hug. Lily tells Cane that Daniel's moving. Cane thinks it's good that her ex is leaving. She reminds him she chose him. Cane says it's the best thing that happened to him. They begin discussing Neil and Cane gets a call from Jack. Tyler appears and asks Lily if she's okay. Cane returns. She tells Cane she doesn't want to hear it. Cane thinks he can help Neil. On the patio, Phyllis tells Daniel she's going to help Jack. She confides that he's addicted to pain killers. Daniel says he's not her responsibility. Phyllis says it's her chance to make up for hurting him. Phyllis visits with Lucy until Daniel's ready to go. Phyllis cries that she's so proud. Daniel concedes she was right about Lucy - she's his life. He finally understands all the things Phyllis did for him. They hug and kiss.

Corpse Call Girl.

At the Club, Daniel tries to convince Phyllis to come to Savannah. He thinks people in Genoa City could live without her for a couple of weeks. Phyllis says Summer needs her right now. Daniel says he's going to Crimson Lights to help Kevin out and then will see Summer. Phyllis says she loves him. Daniel spots Noah on his way out. He asks about New York and Noah says he has no ties. Daniel goes, and Alex appears to confront Noah about his calls to Adriana. He warns Noah to help him find her - he knows she stole half a million dollars and sent it to him. Noah chuckles nervously. Alex warns if he's lying to him, he'll take him down.

At Crimson Lights, Kevin and Daniel bicker about the plan to find the money. Phyllis arrives to find Daniel's left. Avery appears. Phyllis tells her about Savannah and asks her to look in on Summer. They trade a few insults until Avery gets a call that Jack's had a heart attack.

Biggest Liar.

A glum, dressed-up Chelsea arrives at the Club and sits by Alex at the bar. He buys her a drink. They discuss Genoa City. She mentions the lake she used to live beside, gets upset, and leaves. Later, Phyllis arrives as Jack orders a drink. She tells him he's addicted and lying to himself. He says she's the biggest liar he knows. Daniel arrives. Phyllis says she was just leaving. After, Jack is joined by a woman. He kisses her at midnight.

At Crimson Lights, Daniel listens to Phyllis' story about Jack and then tells her he and Lucy are moving to Savannah. Phyllis protests. Daniel says Heather will be with them - it's his life. Phyllis cries. Daniel suggests she move with them. They embrace as New Year's is rung in.

Loaded Gun.

At Crimson Lights, Daniel tells Kevin he will be doing a big show at a gallery in Savannah. Kevin's impressed. Daniel says he, Lucy, and Heather are relocating to Georgia together. Kevin admits he and Chloe could lose their house. Daniel asks what he's got in the works. Kevin admits to his plan, explaining that through hacking and phone records he knows Noah has called the girl and received a package. Daniel implores Kevin to drop this - he's risking Noah's life. Kevin sighs - he'll have to break it to Chloe.

Riley Newman.

In the courtroom, Michael tells the judge he's shocked and perplexed by him dismissing Phyllis' case. The judge says the case has no merit. Heather jumps in but the judge says he should hold her in contempt. Christine stands and says the case is completely legitimate. When the judge hears her name, he tells her congratulations - she's the reason the case has been dismissed. She was not a federal agent at the time of the hit-and-run as she claimed! Phyllis is released and Daniel, Avery, and Leslie gather around her. Chris tells Phyllis she'll never get away with this, but Phyllis hollers that she lives in the past. Nick watches as Ronan tells Phyllis how happy he is for her. Nick gets a call from Chelsea and then tells Phyllis that Summer's been in an accident. They take off. Ronan tells Avery. Kevin and Ronan discuss the 'break' and moving on with their lives. Kevin tells him Michael knows he lied. Ronan calls him a weasel. Chloe says she is the one to blame.

Kevin and Chloe greet Eden at Crimson Lights. Chloe tries to talk to Kevin, who says he has to be able to trust her, or what kind of marriage is this? Daniel appears and tells Kevin there are no hard feelings before joining Heather. Daniel tells her they don't have to sneak around anymore. Eden suddenly gets everyone's attention by saying she remembered something to help Paul.

Dismissed.

In court, Michael gets Kevin to identify a photo of Tim Reid, however, when Michael asks about the last time he saw Reid, Kevin totally refuses to cooperate. Michael asks if he was alive the last time he saw him. The judge gets ill and proceedings halt. Fen arrives with Lauren and Michael hugs him. They lay into him for lying and not calling. Lauren tells Phyllis that Summer's on her way home. Later, Summer arrives and tells Phyllis she came to see her get punished. Nick appears in time to hear Summer tell Phyllis she hates her. Another judge takes over. He says he needs to go over the case and decide if they can proceed. "Court is in recess." Both sides whisper about what might happen. Kevin tells Chloe he's in an impossible position thanks to her. Phyllis tries to speak to Kevin but Michael intervenes. Ronan arrives and smiles at Phyllis. They whisper about the case and Summer freaks out. Ronan stops Phyllis from following her out. Nick glares. Meanwhile, Kevin refuses to speak to Chloe and Daniel whispers with Heather. The judge returns. Paul tells Chris he thinks Phyllis will get off. The judge dismisses the case.

Missing.

At Heather's place, she tells Daniel she's about to spend the day trying to put his mother in jail - she wonders how he'll feel about her if she succeeds. He admits he's hoping she'll flame out in court. Heather doesn't think he grasps how ugly it will get. Daniel says he won't blame her. Daniel gets a call about Summer and tells Heather the trial may be postponed and he has to go.
