Phyllis storms into Victor's office and says, "I can't believe what you did to Jack! Are you guys really that heartless?" Victor accuses Phyllis is being naïve and reminds Phyllis of all the things Jack has done to him! Although Phyllis says Jack has changed, Victor replies, "With all do respect… you're naïve."
In his office, Victor gets a call and is immediately grief stricken! "The jet," Victor says to Nikki, "The jet went down…"
Lies, Lies & More Lies!
In his office, Victor tells Jack and Ben that Michael is doing his hardest to prevent Phyllis from going to trial. Before Jack leaves for a meeting, Victor asks for a word with him later, "It's a surprise." Jack agrees… Once alone, Victor listens to the tape recording containing Jack's admission to owning Jabot then calls Nick with a request…
Michael meets with Victor at The Club with an update on Brad's questioning. Although worried about Sharon's upcoming interview with the DA, Michael assures Victor he'll protect Phyllis to the fullest. After expressing he hasn't been able to get a hold of Jack, Victor hands Michael Jack's taped confession and says, "It's your job to determine if it's admissible in court." Victor leaves…
In the Newman break room, Victor assures Sharon that this 'whole Phyllis thing' will clear up soon, "Especially if you don't swear to anything to the DA."
In Victor's office, Nick lashes out at Nikki for using Phyllis to further her campaign and accuses, "You get mad at Dad for the way he acts but you act the same way - you just don't realize it!"
In Victor's office, when Jack sees the tape recorder, he asks, "What have you got there?" Victor presses the play button... Hearing his own voice, Jack is shocked by Victor's findings!
A Blast From Gloria's Past!
In the Jabot boardroom, Victor tells Ji Min, "Either we do this together or we do it alone - and I'll take you down with me." Victor goes on to demand that Ji Min get facts from Jack saying he owns Jabot then hands him a tape recorder, "By the end of the day, you bring me the evidence I need." Ji Min takes the device.
In Victor's office, Nick asks his parents for their help in not only protecting Newman but keeping his wife out of jail. After he leaves, Victor tells Nikki to ask Brad to drop the charges, "Then sit back and watch… Jack is about to go down." However, Nikki refuses and says, "Sorry, you're on your own."
When Victor approaches Brad in the break room - as he's talking to Vikki on the phone - at Vikki's request, Brad doesn't reveal the baby's death. Victor goes on to threaten Brad to drop the charges, "Remember, I brought you into this business, I can take you out." But Brad doesn't budge, "I can't help you," then leaves.
