Wasn't phylis in jail once before.?

Well several times if you count all arrests: The big one was when she was tried for attempted murder of Diane Jenkins by arson but acquitted when it was found that Diane had set the fire and framed Phyllis. Also she was arrested for conspiracy to commit attempted murder of Dominic Hughes and obstruction of justice but those charges dropped. She once went to jail because she blackmailed Brad Carlton over his affair with Sharon to get him to vote Neil onto the Newman Board for which she was found guilty but the sentence was overruled so she was released from prison Then there was the time she was arrested for breaking and entering Sharon's room at the GCAC and cutting up her clothes. Once she stole photos and published them without permission for which a lawsuit was filed and Phyllis was arrested but she was able to make a deal with Ricky to drop the lawsuit. She was arrested for obstruction of justice in the Diane Jenkins murder case & detained in jail and released later that day and those charges were dropped a few days later. So yes...She has been in jail before and does not wish to go back. AHHH but that is the stuff soaps are made of and most of the GC residents have such a list of times spent behind bars. |

yes but she never really do time time. she was either let go or victor got her out. the one person who was in jail for something was sharon. she didn't kill skye but she spents months in there because of adam and victor. her only crime at the time was loving adam and truting victor. |

I agree. That is why I have been saying that if Sharon is in jail, why shouldn't Phyllis be? |

And yet, while she has repeatedly done things that anyone with a brain knows means jail time, she's always going on and on with her "I can't" about spending time in prison.
