Tucker/ Sharon, the press etc not being very acceptable of Sharon as CEO. Sharon upset by that, Tucker placating her.

Avery Nick-- Avery talking about knocking her boss Sharon off the Newman throne. She has found another precedent that might enabel Nick to have a Judge get an injunction to keep Sharon from being CEO., But they were only talking about her shoes, she says, it is unethical for her to be giving Nick information, since she is Sharon's lawyer, as they get up to leave because they don't want to be seen together, Sharon arrives, they both look guilty, Why they meet in a public place like |Gloworm is anybody's guess. Sharon tells Nick some of her plans for Newman, saying we will do this including him in those plans, Nick says, so that's your plan, he does not agree with her. Sharon and Nick go round and round, but the comment that interested me, was that Nick brought up the fact that her father abandoned her and made the implication that was a lot of Sharon's problems now. That makes me wonder if the writers intend to go there!! She was not pleased that Nick brought that up!! She called Nick arrogant etc. Avery and Nick meet up later and she tells him that Sharon has stopped the seach for Victor, Nick is livid, he calls security and puts them back on, he tells Avery that he would never have expected this from Sharon, her brain has done a 180. Avery tells Nick he can challenge Sharon's mental instability, she has been in an institution, Nick is uncertain. Avery seems to have almost a personal vendetta against Sharon, she sounds full of a hatred that goes far beyond her capacity as Newman council. Don't know why a lawyer would make the whole issue so personal.



Carmine Abby in bed, she gets a phone call, proposition from Jack, come right on over. Jack owns all of Abby's shares in Newman, but he tells Abby he wants more. Jack wants to form a partnership with Abby and together buy up some more Newman stock as it pummels. Abby is tired of being his ATM machine, she says NO. Jack really trying to manipulate Abby, but she won't budge. He calls her father a Zombie and Lurch, what a great uncle he is!! After seeing Sharon at Gloworm, Abby and Jack talk about her and how much Abby hates her, Jack once again using that hatred to convince Abby to partner with him to buy Newman stock. Later, in bed again with Carmine, Abby decides to cut Jack out and buy the stocks herself.
After Abby leaves Gloworm, Sharon sits and talks with Jack, they discuss Victor and Nikki, Jack asks her how far she will go for revenge, he tells her he would stick it to Victor if he were her.

Victor in a bar, hasn't paid for his room, no cash, no crash the guy tells him. A woman looks on-- Newspaper about Sharon taking over as CEO at the bar. The woman, tells Victor, he does need some friends. How come you are drinking soda water Victor asks, this is a bar. Victor finds out the woman is a Nun.

Tucker on the phone telling someone not to be too eager to buy the Newman stock it will go lower.

Genn has followed leads to Salt Lake City, and is now headed for Vegas, Victor, here I come she says.

Stock plummet, not pummels.

I knew Avery would turn on Sharon. She should have fired her, too but GC is about out of lawyers.

Gen still has a ways to go to CA; hopefully she finds Victor BEFORE polecat Nikki does.
Not surprised, all the business vultures will be after Newman's stock, but Sharon will think they adore her.

Good for Abby. I hope she buys it all up. She should tell her sister though. I would love for her to get in on it.

Jack also egging Sharon on. This will not end well.

Its funny how Abby is so concerned about her father's current situation that she will actually utilize this time to purchase MORE NE stock (as if she didn't do enough damage to her father's company).

Same goes for Nick and Victoria. They could have handled this behind closed doors but they want to villify Sharon via the media This type of "scandal" will cause "uncertainty" and NE stock will fall making it easier for people with deep pockets (like Tucker) to buy MORE stock and eventually gain close to controlling interest in NE.

As for Sharon, this isn't like her but I do like her giving Nick and Victoria a hard time. It would be great if she proves them all wrong and actually redeems her image and increases NE's profits all while she's slowly unraveling...that would be a more intriguing story line.

And Victor, he should have known better! All he had to say was "I'll be back..." and he could have avoided all of this nonsense.

The story line has its perks but definitely not enough to say its a HIT!

Also, I forgot to add that Tucker is telling Sharon that she needs to terminate Nick's employment at Newman.
