Heather & Mike, Mike telling Heather that Billy ambushed Tim Reid, they can't understand how Billy found out that Tim was deposed.

Phyllis Daniel, Phyllis going off on Daniel about Heather, it looks to me like you don't support me, it looked to the world like you don't support me. She tells Daniel that Heather is only interested in him, to see what she can get out of him about her, who knows how far she'll go to try and get to me.

Sharon, Nick, Vikki and Avery, Vikki telling Sharon she is not on the board, Sharon says she has worked her butt off for Newman building up the new company, Nick said we did that together, No, you were rarely there you were too busy with Phyllis and her crap. Tucker enters, and Sharon won't give in, refuses to sign the post nup, and storms off. Nick asks Tucker what his meeting with Victor was about, and Tucker said all he knows is that Victor said it would be beneficial to both their companies. Nick asks Tucker to speak to Sharon, he says he will, but he doesn't Sharon all that well. . Nick says I never saw Sharon like this.

Police show up at Billy's door. Bringing him in so Mike can question him about his source, who told him that Tim was getting deposed, Mike wants to know. Billy won't give up his source. Mike threatens him with something he can find on Billy, Billy calls his bluff, I went to jail before when I wouldn't reveal my source, cuff me big DA. Mike has to let Billy go.


Heather & Daniel, discussing their kiss, and Phyllis's reaction to their having a meal together, what would she do if she knew they kissed. Daniel's not sorry. Daniel says they could go to his place, maybe meeting in public isn't good, but what his mother doesn't know won't hurt her. Heather goes to Daniels apartment, they make out!!!

Nick & Victoria, at Vikki's talking about Sharon, what is she up too Nick wonders. Billy arrives home and tells Vikki and Nick about Tim's deposition. Nick rushes out to go home to tell Phyllis. Billy wishing he could be at the board meeting tomorrow when Sharon does her stuff. Vikki thinks she will go back to work at Newman.

Tucker and Sharon at the Ranch, Tucker telling her she was on fire, good to see Nick and Vikki get a taste of their own medicine. Sharon says she likes being the new Mrs Victor Newman even without Victor. Tucker tells Sharon I will teach you what you need to know, darhlin, you are holding all the cards.

Avery and Phyllis, Avery asking Phyllis if she told Leslie everything, about Tim's tape and paying Tim off, Phyllis refuses to do that, Avery says |Leslie can't help her if she doesn't tell her everything. And please stay away from Tim Reid.

Phyllis buys a disposable phone and calls Tim, She reminds him of the obscene amount of money she paid him, he should be out of town, you remember our deal she tells him at that deposition, keep your mouth shut, , he says he is taking a chance, he could be charged with perjury or contempt, she needs to do more to guarantee his silence and he doesn't mean money, he might go to Billy Abbott with the tape. He wants sex!! Phyllis tells him come by tomorrow night, my husband will be gone.

You're probably right but at least they're showing her to be smart and that's going to be hard to take back. She's a very intelligent woman and I'm hoping they keep stressing that fact. Victoria, is always in the middle of some decision making drama, but she rarely makes a decision. Sharon is showing them up for the immature brats they really are.
