|Phick—At the bookstore, Phyllis stuttering, lying to Nick telling him she is getting a book for Faith, Stop lying Nick tells her, I saw Tim Reid, What is going on?? alright I'll tell you, not here Nick says, I've been following you, Phyllis shocked, you followed me?? NICK SAW THE FINANCIAL ADVISOR LEAVING THEIR BUILDING, YOU GET IN YOUR CAR AND GO HOME,I'LL FOLLOW YOU THERE. At the penthouse, an angry Nick, says, start talking, Phyllis tells him that Tim was blackmailing her, she lied to the financial advisor and took from Summer's trust, Nick is shocked. I am so sick of all your excuses, he says, but I couldn't tell you Nick you would go to the police, Nick asks, what is wrong with that, she says, I don't want you to hear me on that tape, what I was like back then.,Nick brings up that she doesn't trust him,. Nick tells her he can't deal with her right now, He has to go try to stop that transfer, you phone Avery and tell her what you've done. Phyllis goes to Avery and tells her she paid Tim off, He had real evidence against me, Avery is disgusted and tells Phyllis she quits as her lawyer, I can't do this anymore. Later, Nick returns to the penthouse, to tell Phyllis he couldn't stop the transfer, Phyllis ranting about Avery quitting on her, She asks Nick to hold her, he won't, he is angry, I can't believe you, still trying to justify what you've done,taking money from our daughter trust, I love, I'm trying to stand by you, but you don't make it easy and he walks out.


Sharon and Tucker, Sharon is angry at Victor , he just married me to get to Nikki, she rants to Tucker, she wants him to help her break into Victors briefcase, She wants to find the prenup, she is going to get something out of this marriage, Tucker won't help her, but gives her ideas, she finds the prenup, going on to Tucker that if the prenup was to disapear, she could have a stake in NE, I'd be a force to be reckoned with, instead of just another woman Victor has messed with. Tucker tells her she can't out Victor, Victor. She finds the prenup and tells Tucker, he never saw it and he says this is my cue to leave. She burns the prenup as Avery is phoning asking if she found it, Nope Sharon says as she holds it up and then drops it in the fireplace, just as Nikki shows up. Vikki has convinced Nikki to tell Sharon that she sent the text. What are you doing Nikki asks a surprised Sharon. Vikkki trying to talk some sense into Nikki, go home to your husband she says.


Heather asking Avery to drop her sisters case and take on Pauls. After Avery quits on Phyllis , she tells Heather she will take Paul's case, Christine overhears and questions Avery, who tells her she is no longer Phylli's attorney because Phyllis fired her.

Mike Paul, Mike telling Paul all the cameras were off in the room and he would deny the conversation they are about to have ever took place, he pleads with Paul not to plead guilty.

Edne is freaking out, and Klye is going nuts, wanting the hypnotist to stop. Eden remembers that she was terrified of Ricky, but she doesn't remember the knife. Kyle very protective of Eden later

Daniel and Heather, in an embrace after Heather shows him how upset she is over Ricky.

A very confused unshaven looking Victor dressed in his signature black t-shirt and pants, is wandering around a dock!!

So Nick is angry about the money and her not confiding in him about the blackmail but not too concerned that there's proof she ran down 2 people ; that she's GUILTY?!

Doesn't Nikki have a brand new wheelchair bound husband and a dear friend that's locked up for murder?! Yet she's so concerned with a man that verbally and emotionally abuses her?

I'm not sure that hypnotism in a murder case is a spectator sport. I meant to ask you about that yesterday. There they were like buzzards lined up on a telephone wire, waiting for the show to start. I expected someone to bring on the microwave popcorn.

Poor old Nick can't catch a break with that fool woman, can he? All that trouble for a little tape clip that isn't much worse than what he hears from her daily. Now he probably has to scrape around and try to replace the money before someone finds out how low his main squeeze can go.

Did I think to say thanks? I didn't? Well thank you thank you thank you thank ......... Oh my word! I'm repeating and I can't shut up!

Sharon may be making a huge mistake burning the pre-nup. It was for a huge amount of money and would have been better than nothing should Victor have a quick return and pull something over on her. (Better to have hidden it I think.) Polecat Nikki still coming around the ranch?? Please, change locks & notify guards the former Mrs.Newman is not permitted on the grounds. Board that darn horse somewhere else is what I'd be saying! And Nikki, if you didn't turn that cell phone over to the cops you are taking a big risk that Jack might find it.

Did Phyllis leave the bookstore WITHOUT that tape? I thought it was in exchange for blackmail money?

Oh no, Eden did not remember too much except that she was afraid of Ricky? I think it's time Lauren and Paul tell the truth about where that gun came from; perhaps his new legal Avery will insist it is their only hope now; showing it was not premeditated?

I hope Victor stays gone a long time. Let's see...how many times has he disappeared and returned? Anxious to hear the writers explain why he acted the way he did; why not just tell your new wife you needed time away, alone OR on a business trip? Evidently he takes pleasure out of worrying family. Who will save or find him now? Can't say that I really care since he pulled this stupid stunt several times.

Thanks for the spoilers, Red. I love that Avery has finally seen the light and realizes her sister is nothing but a lying, evil, guilty of attempted murder among other crimes, bit*h! I wish Nick would finally see the light, as well, but he won't. Despite the fact that Phyllis stole what was probably millions from their daughter's trust fund to save her own azz, he'll go crawling back to her. I just don't get it. Maybe he feels he deserves to be with Phyllis because of what he did to Sharon when he screwed her over by leaving her when Cassie died. Who knows?! And how much do you want to bet ole' Tim was recording Phyllis' new threat...that she will kill him if he comes back bothering her again? My guess is that conversation will come back to bite her at some point...at least I hope so!!!
