SMH!!! Damn! Phyllis ROBBED Summer! Stole from her own minor child!

Phyllis EMBEZZLED all the money in Summer trust fund! Cleaned the kid right out!

All so she could pay off her ex-lover who knows she's guilty of running 2 innocent people down in cold blood!

Self-righteous Phyllis disowned her own father for embezzling money. She turned him into the police! Phyllis screamed at the dying man on his death bed. She condemned him to burn in hell for stealing and made him die alone!

Now Phyllis, the attempted murderer, is stealing, embezzling money from her own daughter!

The HYPOCRISY is hilarious!

That's what a drowning rat does.....did you see Titantic, when the ship went, and two lovers got seperated when they went under. The woman came up yelling Jack! Jack!!!!, and this paniced man grapped her by the shoulders to keep himself a float, at the cost of killing her. Jack came along and had to pop the man in his face, to get him off her.

THAT'S Phyl, only lower, because to that terrified man, that woman was a total stranger, no bond, no history, nothing...BUT with this rat Phyl, it's much much worst, because she's taking down her own family all to save her tired a$$. First Nick, look how she's willing to make him loose EVERYTHING, even his family and friends to keep her from going under. AND now, her own daughter is the next shoulders she's gonna stand on to keep from going under.

That's the WORST kind of lowlife there is, the one that will stand on the shoulders of their family, to save their a$$, at whatever expense to them... And Nick goes around bragging on how Phyl will PROTECT her family at all cost, he part of that right, put interject HERSELF where family was and then you spot on.

She did not embezzle or steal the money, she "borrowed" from Summer's trustfund nor did she clean Summer out. A mere 1% of a billionaire's trust could be millions and she borrowed the money. People do that all the time. I remember shortly before winning the lawsuit, the reason Nick got involved with Abby and Victoria was because he found out Victor was "borrowing" from the trust fund. People do do it and I am sure Phyllis intends to pay it back.

She did not "run two people down in cold blood" as both Paul and the "bug" are very much alive and I do not recall them getting as much as a scratch from what happened. If she did do it, the facts are not in.

Trust Funds are set up to provide for someone's future. So Phyl is tampering with her daughter's future to save her own skany azz and she is breaking the law x2 ( again ) by tampering with a witness who she also uttered death threats to.

Isn't this how Victor got in legal trouble before, tampering with the trust funds of his children?

Just when you think she can't go any lower, she does.

How does Phyllis plan on paying back the money she took from Summer's trust? She got fired from Restless Style and I am guessing Tim's figure was in the millions, high millions. I guess she could secretly take some from Nick's paycheck every week though that is pretty shady.

Paul sustained serious injuries from the intentional car accident. He was in the hospital. Paul didn't want to be a burden to Cricket and cancelled their wedding so there were consequences for the victims...none for the perp back then.

Technically the money is Phyllis' if she is one of the people that set up and paid into the trust. Until a child comes of age parents can manage the trust anyway they see fit. They can empty it and close the thing down if they choose. Some parents create trusts for the sole purpose of creating a tax shelter and never have any intention of giving that money to their children (my dad did this). These writers don't understand trusts as all and have screwed the pooch on everything from Abby suing Victor to this trust issue. So, yeah...it's not theft when it's your own money, no matter how you've designated it. A trust is basically a designation and you are allowed to change your mind. The main difference is the tax status. But it's a bit desperate that's for sure.
