    You can't just rip up a pre-nup and be done with it. It's a legal document and there are always copies. Victor's attorney should have AT LEAST one copy on file. Silliness.

    I am confused about the eight day stipulation in the prenup. Isn't she still married to him? It seems that hanging on to that prenup would have been a smart move for her. At least she would come out of it with whatever amount he was giving her. This way she will probably end up with nothing. Hopefully the new writers will see the whole thing differently and will not be so dead set on making Sharon look as bad as the last bunch did.


    The preview for todays Cdn.eppy ... Sharon receives the tex Nikki sent ... she believes Victor is off getting an annulment,I guess that is the reason.Of course it would be in her best interest to hold it in a safe place but...JMO

    it makes me sick that she is snotting and blubbering over that abusive jerk! these writers are such idiots if they think that viewers wanna see a core character continue to lower herself to take that mess from him! it straight up p!sses me off!     Women being abused is not a new topic on this show,murdered gaslighted,stripped of dignity,stripped of income denied any of the basic humanities.Not new.

    As for Sharon....go figure. Didn't the Actress tweet about some twist in the story. I think Sharon's turned into a "bad gal"...or this is her alter ego.

    $$ do seem to light up her eyes.

    What I don't get is that she was set for life anyway marrying into the Newman family. All her kids gets a hefty inheritance.

    So why marry Victor when he's always consider her a daughter.

    I will be glad when these two woman are off the show for some time.....there foolness is bringing this whole show down.

    I have to disagree.

    Nikki constantly in this role..is disgusting and needs to stop.

    Avery would have a copy in her file but it won't be the one that was signed by Sharon. That is the one that Avery was talking about. A prenup is useless unless it is signed by all parties involved. Avery would place the prenup in the file with the original copy to show that nothing was changed on the one signed by all parties. There should also be a copy signed by Sharon also for Victor.
