    Since Nick was such a prick to Christine today I really hope she tells Phyllis about her and Nick playing suck face at Jimmie's. Phyliss no doubt will go all homicidal maniac again.

    I'm glad I won't be watching Nick 'cause he's useless. He's Phyllis' little lap dog. I hope Phyllis does find out about Christine and Nick. And maybe now that Avery and Phyllis are bonding so well over Phyllis' criminal behavior, they can compare notes about how Nick is in bed (or on a table, the floor, or in a dumpster). Oh...and does Nick know about the dumpster sex? Phyllis is a disgusting pig and so is Nick.

    I would tune back in for that!! I loved the look for Phyl's face when Chris said she was going to call Danny to tell him what was going on.

    Snicker! It needs to just "slip" out right before Phyllis goes on the stand for Christine to cross examine her!(even though Christine as the victim of the crime should not be the federal prosecutor nor should nuHeather be the second chair since her daddy was the other victim!)

    Amen! Nick has now come full circle. He has no mind of his own, he is just a kizz azz for the worst character on this show. The writers just wrote their own ticket to the demise of ynr. I had started to feel a glimmer of hope when Christine found that loophole so she could prosecute Phyllis but then everyone jumped on the blame the victim and applaud the villain train and took this show right out of the running. Garbage in, garbage out!

    Since the person who committed a crime can defend her or him self...why wouldn't it be equally acceptable for the victim of a crime to act in her own defense? I see no conflict of interest at all in Christine having the right to go after legally the person who tried to kill her. Is it not also a conflict for a person charged with a crime to act in his or her own defense?

    Christine is there on leave to defend Paul. Someone else will be prosecuting Phyllis. A federal prosecutor should be brought in. Michael couldn't be involved due to conflict of interest. Heather has the same reason to not be involved.

    Well, IMO NONE of these guys(Christine/MB/nuHeather/Ronan should be involved in EITHER case invloving the hit and run or Paul's.

    Everyone of them will have conflict of interest for some reason or another with the two biggest being MB(Red is his "bestie" and then Paul is protecting Lauren who he used to be married to with the illegal gun she bought while on probation but the gun(with the serial numbers filed off)is the main reson he is being charged with 1st degree murder! I hope the justice department throws the book at MB!

    Then Christine should have another federal prosecutor take charge of this case. So, no mistakes are made because she has too much of a personal interest vested in it.


    Of course Ronan banged Red and gave her acess to evidence in a murder investigation that she was a suspect in and he needs to get some discipanary action for that!(maybe that will come out in the trial!

    And nuHeather does not need to be second chair as her daddy was the other victim.


    None of these guys needs to be involved and yet they all are.



    The only good thing MB did was make sure that nuHeather was not invloved in hr dad's case or had access to any of the evidence!

    Was it mentione dthat Christine was not going to prosecute? Oh, I hope so cause I want Phyllis to sweat even though I know MAB won't be putting that biotch in jail!


    I never thought it would go to trial and just wanted it exposed in USELESS PILE and splashed all over the rag like she did to so many others(even one's like Adam that I don't even like!)
