Phyllis will end up on top and Cricket will be....

The insect on the other hand will leave Genoa City with nothing, no husband, boyfriend or children to speak of. Phyllis will have her husband, her children, and her sister-- her family. Cricket has her career though. I hope that keeps her warm at night and it's good company for her. Yep , Red will rise to the top! Cricket is no match for Phyllis. If Phyllis wanted Cricket dead back then , she would be. If Cricket thinks this will ruin Phyllis she is wrong..glad this is coming out in the open , MS will rock this storyline. Apparently not because Phyllis is a bungler. She bungled the attempt at killing Christine just like she more recently bungled her attempt to get her hands on Lucy. Her silly plan to get Daisy back but then leave her rot in jail backfired on her. I do agree that this is a great opportunity for MS to show her acting chops. I hope she does a good job of it, so far she seems to be. I think she just meant to scare Cricket. If she had wanted her dead she would have backed up and ran over her good. Or she would have found another way to kill her. And IA , MS is doing a great job with this storyline , as she always does. She meant to scare cricket by driving a car into her?? Are you saying that Phyllis is so dumb that she didn't realize that driving a car directly into someone, at a good speed, was likely to injure or kill them? Because the flashback from the past clearly showed there was room to swerve and Phyllis just drove straight at her, so the idea that she just wanted to go near her to scare her is not going to wash. She probably didn't back up because she thought Chris was dead or so seriously injured that she would not recover and, by hanging around longer, it was more likely that she would be caught. Well what's the statue of limitations on jaywalking?? LOL! Get out of the way dummy!! LOL. I'm kidding of course but seriously I'm enjoying watching MS just kick azz in this story!! She's grade A in the acting field!! Cricket should have been wearing light reflecting clothing , would have been easier for Phyllis to hit her , bulls-eye!  Ha!! To bad she didn't rent an 18 wheeler!! LOL! Now that is funny! There would have been nothing left of the bug to identify , LOL yes! Except the tire tracks!! LOL |

That is the other thing about the "i just did it to scare her" story that is so laughable. What was scaring Chris supposed to do for Phyllis? If Phyllis had managed to just drive very close to Christine, and give her a scare, how would that have stopped her from going after Danny if that is really what Christine wanted to do. If Christine didn't know who had side swiped her, then the scare wouldn't be any reason for her to avoid Danny, so the only way scaring Christine would have worked would have been if Christine knew it was Phyllis driving the car, and warning her off Danny. But Phyllis chose to wear a disguise so she wouldn't be recognized so the only logical conclusion was that she didn't intend to scare Christine to keep her away she intended to kill her to eliminate the competition for Danny;s affection. Brava! You are right!  But no one but a juvenile would use or believe such a story. Phyllis probably slapped herself when Daniel left the room after she shared that one...lol.  Bullies use that excuse routinely. "I was only trying to scare her!" Really? Phyllis dear, what are you 8? lol But that's why there is No Tolerance for bullies in grade school any longer AND there certainly is No Tolerance for murderers in adult land either! lol Now in soaps, we will see how this all ends. But it definitely will be "just pretend" reasoning for the sake of entertainment.

Here is the difference between Christine & Phyllis, back then, Phyllis was a selfish, manipulative woman, & she wanted to take all those things from someone because she selfishly wanted them for herself. Christine can walk away from all of this without those things because her purpose in life is not to just walk into someones life & take them. Christine is very fufilled with her job. She loved Danny back then, but once she lost him, she moved on with her life pretty nicely & buried herself in work. When Phyllis came to town chasing Danny, Christine didn't make it her lifes mission to get revenge on Phyllis & take Danny back, she didn't try to kill her or stalk her. Actually, years later, she even helped her with Daniel. This is not about revenge for Christine, this is about justice. I like Phyllis, but like Christine WAY better, & she deserves to seek justice for what Phyllis selfishly did to her years ago. Phyllis will come out of all of this just fine because she always does, but Christine will walk away from all of this just fine, with her amazing job in tact, and she'll have some closure on a time in her life that was hell for her. I don't agree with practically anything in your post, I don't think Phyllis gave a thought to Christine. Do you? It's not like she knew her or anything. Do millions of fans think about the spouses of real life stars? I don't think they do not unless it's a star couple like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. As for the hell Christine was put through, I disagree that she was more put upon than she dished out. That's what made me so sickened with the character she was constantly inserting herself trying to find a way to discredit Phyllis(and yes I think it's beside the point that she was actually hiding things) She obviously didn't move on because there were several times that she crossed a line with Danny while she was supposed to be with Paul not just the one kiss on the same day she was supposed to marry Paul. She even ended up being with Danny years later when Daniel came back to GC and actively tried to continue keeping Phyllis away from Daniel even though she had court ordered visitation rights. No, that's not what I meant. I just meant that Phyllis knew that Danny was married & she didn't care who it was, or what they had together, but she had to have him. She knew he wasn't the father of her baby, hell she knew they hadn't even had sex...but she was going to make sure she had him. Once she got to GC, and saw how much Danny couldn't stay away from Christine, she made it even more of a mission to constantly get in Christine's face & buisness to make sure that Christine knew that Danny was hers. As for the rest of it, it's fine that you disagree, many others in this thread do as well...but many agree with me as well, that Christine never put herself into Phyllis's buisness until Phyllis's buisness spilled into hers. Most of the time she spent around Phyllis, it was demanding that she get out of her office or her house. She didn't start investigating her until Sasha & Daniel's real fater came snooping around sending her info on Phyllis...who's fault was that? |

Hi Yale, do you mean like Phyllis being on her high horse judging others writing expose's about them while all the time checking the lock on her own closet to make sure her murderous skeletons and lies were well contained in there. |
