I think Phyllis WILL pay...I don't think this s/l is anywhere near over.

Nope, there's no criminal ramifications for Phyllis. The it's been too long. She can't be charged.

Yeah, not so sure it's gonna be tied up in a neat little package like that. I think something will come to light....and watching her blubber and cower is good in the meantime....Besides don't you think losing your son and grandaughter is pretty good punishment...I DO! LOL! GO DANIEL!

What can come to light? They know that the VIN#'s matched up. Both Michael and Christine agreed there's nothing. I guess of course they could go digging and find some archaic law that they maybe could use but I think if anything they'll got the civil suit direction and sue her for punitive damages.

Are these the posts you were trying to find Chancegirl???? LMFAO

Throw the Book at the B*tch (Phyllis)

I don't want to hear her LAME story about she tried to stop but put her foot on the gas Phyllis is a jealous, vengeful, hateful shrew and had NO PROBLEM running down Christine & Paul. She kept her mouth shut about her so-called "mistake" yet she can spew everybody elses "mistakes" all over the news/media causing all types of damage to people's lives and families Eff Phyllis...hope they hang her

Yes isn't it great that most viewers can separate fiction from reality.

Phyllis fans, all, know that this is fictiont concerns me greatly is the kinds of people who have been drumbeating this storyline and what they expected from it. I have seen them on twitter, I have read them in some of the magazines where Michelle is interviewed and I have also seen them try and attack her in public. That is what is really scary and I think that Phyllis fans have been cautious about this all over the place. Alot of this stuff is really out of balance and a whole lot of people have been complaining about it to the sponsors and the show.

And a whole lot of people have been complaining about the fact that Phyllis has gotten away with every evil act she ever committed and many many viewers want the soap to mirror real life and that Phyllis not constantly be sainted but rather made to be responsible for her bad choices.

Soaps aren't supposed to mirror real life, they are fantasy! You will be very disappointed if you are looking for your soap opera to be realistic, and it seems as if that is exactly what is going on. If you are looking for programming that is realistic try watching a documentary. Soaps have never been anywhere close to real life and that is the appeal for most soap viewers. In fact that is the entire point of the soap opera genre, to allow people to live in a fantasy land for an hour of their life and watch people and situations they will never experience in their day to day lives. Try not to be so judgemental and just enjoy the ride, it will make your soap opera experience a much more enjoyable one.

Thanks for the unsolicited advice! I watch a soap for genuine drama and entertainment, neither of which is here if the show doesn't conform to moral laws of life. Many many viewers want to see Phyllis take responsibility for what she has done. There is no entertainment value for me or these many viewers who can't stand the character of Phyllis with her self-righteous, hypocritical, criminal and psychotic style, always getting a free pass and being sainted. Since I've been - like many - watching this soap most of my adult life, I would guess I, like those many others, know the difference between a documentary and a soap. There used to be many fun aspects to watching this soap which has been steadily going downhill for years now. Seeing criminals pay, happens to be one of those.

Sorry you didn't like the advice, but never the less, it is spot on. I don't know how you know that "many many" fans want their soap to mirror reality, but I would have to disagree and say that "many many" fans DON'T want their soap to mirror reality and they are totally OK with a criminal not paying for their crime because it is FICTION. I don't look to soap operas for my morals or values so it doesn't bother me in the least

Thanks, countryMomof4! It is gratifying to know there are people who see the line between right and wrong and don't derive pleasure out of seeing evil triumph over good..whether fantasy or reality. What a world we would live in if evil won out over right and justice. I don't find that the least bit 'entertaining.' Just consider how different life would be if child molestors, serial killers, rapists, psychotics, perverts held power or sway! A world where Sandusky got away with raping dozens and dozens of innocent boys... it is hardly entertaining to consider criminals getting a free pass because they have a charming side.

    This-isn't-real-life! This-is-a-fictional-show!!
