    I cant wait to see SC take this on. Hopefully this time around the writers wont drop the ball midstream. Her mother talked about her stealing in the past but once Faith "died" they went right to grief. I am really hoping that they explore her past here. Its a great opportunity to do so. I feel for Sharon, she knows she doesnt want Victor but as long as she is attached to him no one will take her seriously. She is right about Chadam..... and everytime she points it out, Adam rushes to the next level.

    I cant wait to see more of Sharon and less Shictor. Bring it on!

    Guess you had to be there Lucy.

    Anyhoo, I am hoping the MWT are going to finally address the issue instead of dropping it part way through again. this has been going on since BEFORE Sharon had met the Newmans according to Doris. IMO, it has everything to do with her father walking out.

    Yeah, I think you are right. I did turn it off a few weeks ago but my machine was still recording it so when I heard about the Chadam proposal I checked it out to see if they had managed to make that lacklustre couple come across with a little believable passion and then got sucked into the whole, Phyllis nipple outline versus Lauren's skanky, dangling booby, red dress.

    I got sucked back in for the Paul/Ricky shooting scene (which was really well done). But yes, on the whole I'm not enjoying this mess anymore so probably time to walk away from the show.

    I'll still check in here though I'd miss reading the scintillating comments from posters such as yourself and wondering at the really deranged posts of some of the other posters.

Lauren dropped the shoplifting charges against Sharon because of Phyllis' plea for Noah's mother not to be in jail.

    Later, Sharon dropped charges against Phyllis for trashing her room. It sort of ended there.

    So Sharon has not really delt with her problems. Maybe now, one of those storylines with holes in it will be closed. Hope so.


    Lets be clear on this. The bookbag that Eden got caught with was actually Sharon's. Sharon had set the bag down and rushed out the door (don't remember why) Eden saw the bag and chased after her with it not realizing it contianed items that hadn't been paid for.

    Sharon did wind up incarserated in the nut house for a while. Remember she had Faith there. I don't think that it's she hasn't dealt with her issues, I think she hasn't dealt how she reacts to her issues. On one hand she is determined, strong, and lately, in your face. But at the same time, she seems to do things she is not aware of. She is very self destructive, especially in the last 3-4 years. Right now, Victor is the only "rock" she can lean on and soon she won't have him. She is going to crumble and sadly, hardly anyone is going to care.
