Yep. Billy the lovable screw up. But he apologized to Chloe and Delia. So I guess it is all good.

He hired Chelsea to take compromising pictures of Billy so he could send them to Victoria to show her Billy was a "no good cheating drunk!" No more no less. Sleeping with Billy (and getting pregnant) and framing Billy was not part of the package. She admitted that things got out of control. This is when Nikki discovers that Chelsea was involved because she overhears Chelsea say "You hired me to seduce Billy."

Then later Adam comes to see an upset Chelsea. She is beating herself up for being an awful person. Then that is when she tells him that she was approached by Victor who offered her a lot of money to seduce a man and take incriminating pictures. She said something how it was suppose to be easy. she would just slip something in his drink and due the job, but she was charmed by a drunken/drugged Billy and bedded him. Then she freaked out about what she did and was embarrassed because she actually fell for a mark. So she faked the rape story and had her friends plant drugs on Billy that got him sent to prison. She was feeling awful about it, but then Adam reminded her that even though she did wrong -- they got Johnny out of it and that is all that matters.

It was a nice scene between them. Adam later went to see Victoria and basically told her the same thing -- only in not to many words.

I think Victoria should just give that baby back. Johnny is not her blood and he'll never take the place of her real son anyway. He's nothing but a disgusting reminder of her husband's cheating and abandonment.

Obviously deadbeat Billy doesn't give a crap since he's always dumping his kids and running off to LA to work on his reality tv show.
