    4. DAYS 2,376,000 (-112,000/+71,000)

    2. B&B 0.4 (-.2/-.1)
    2. GH 0.4 (same/-.2)

    Y&R
    Monday: 3.2/4,395,000
    Tuesday: 3.2/4,269,000
    Wednesday: 3.2/4,246,000
    Thursday: 3.1/4,094,000
    Friday: 3.2/4,349,000

The ratings went down a bit this week from the week before. Revisiting Phyllis' past sins, Daisy/Ricky/Eden/Lucy saga, Shictor, Chadam, Chlovin & all of the newbies are not interesting and/or attracting viewers, so more viewers are giving up & tuning out. Too bad MAB, HS, & SH have not bought a clue by now. I do, however, think that Ricky & Paul had a great chance of developing into a good storyline; but these hacks cannot write a good story or develop characters very well. DD is a proven draw w/ good material and we learned that PP can also pull his own weight on screen; but I guess MAB just ain't up to having anything or anybody worth watching on screen--especially if they are not her faves.

I don't think that this comes as much of a surprise. Nobody wanted the rerun to begin with. The writers should have known that. The problem is MAB herself. She said it herself on the daytime Emmy awards. It is very hard for her to write for this show 5 days a week. I just wish that she would get a clue and hire some real script writers for this show before we loose it completely.

Maybe the most ardent Phyllis didn't want the H&R revisited but many other viewers have been clamouring for her to pay in some way.

It isn't a rerun at all. Phyllis has never paid for her crime of trying to kill people in the street and leaving them for dead.

I wonder if Avery will be so gung-ho on her statute of Duty to Rescue when the reveal is made. She was so adamant about nailing Daisy with it. Will she feel the same about nailing her sweet sister?

I'm one of the one's that wanted the hit and run to come out but after seeing the scenes on Monday with Daniel focusing on being married to Daisy instead of Phyllis trying to commit murder I figured it was time for me to check out because it was clear that nothing is going to happen to Phyllis. I also listened to the interview with Joshua Morrow & Michelle Stafford and realized that Phick will still stay in tact imo so again no real reason to watch this crap. I wonder since the ratings went down as bad as they did if others did the samething I did.

Not surprised at all these storylines are just awful I cannot watch this show anymore, wake CBS and do something about these writers before this show sinks in the Pacific Ocean

i don't doubt that for one moment...

    i certainly haven't watched...

actually, i did TRY and watch a couple of scenes that interested me, but when i tuned in, all i usually saw was phyl so i immediately changed the channel again..

so sick of phyl, phick and that's all that seems to be on so I am not surprised the ratings are going DOWN, DOWN DOWN.

It's a tough decision to make. I think a lot of viewers would like to see Phyllis finally get payback for at least some of the crap she has pulled but the downside is that to get that, we are also going to have to get Phyllis on our screens.

I don't know about anyone else, but I personally have had enough of Phyllis and her crazed repeating, arm flapping, "do you want to go there-ing" etc. to last me for a long time. I'd like at least a few Phyllis free days.

Maybe we could have the hit and run story develope slowly; Ryder getting a letter from Daisy with the info, or the GCPD finding something in Daisy's belongings, left in Ricky's room, that gets Chris to look around again...or something in that vein. While this was going on we could be hopefully Phyllis free for a while.

I'm sure we still have a few days left of her struting around the police station and throwing evil looks at Michael, over Daniel's arrest, but please when that is over give us all a break and see if the ratings can rebound a bit.

Of course if they replace the Phyllis show with geriatric love making a la Shictor I think the show will be done for, for sure.

It's getting so bad the viewers might even look forward to the Abby/Carmine scenes. They are both totally stupid, spoiled idiots in a silly storyline, but at least they are pretty to look at.
