I think Daisy may have mailed those reports she had prior to meeting Michael in the alley.

Daisy said she wanted to meet up with Michael in the alley cuz she had something to tell him and that was gonna be her telling Michael that she saw a video of Ricky killing his ex-girlfriend on Ricky's laptop.

Yeah but she was worried about being killed from all sides. So she could have easily said to herself " if something happens to me I don't want Phyllis's secrets to stay hidden"

What I am wondering about is why there is apparently still going to be a trial for Daniel. Why? Ricky confessed to Paul that he killed Daisy. Why will Daniel still be on the hook? Surely Paul does not keep this info secret.
I, and many others, will be furious if they don't reveal the hit and run evidence. We are tired of being teased.

I think daisy sent it to Christine Ricky don't know Phyllis did that

If Christine knew about the hit and run, she would have told other people by now or even catch the next flight to confront Phyllis.If you are an older viewer like me, I'm guessing she is coming back to give moral support to Paul.

Daisy didn't tell Ricky what she figured out about Phyliss,because she went to the penthouse right away,at least I think, that was the day Daniel and Lucy were there and Daniel heard Daisy and his Mom fighting while putting Lucy down for her tenth nap of the day(just joking),that's when his Mom gave HER version of the truth about the hit and run. I think when Dr. Tim hears about Ricky's death he'll come to town and say Ricky was to see him ,anyway he 'll be able to shed some light on the info ,no Doctor patient confidentialty,he is no longer her Doc or anyone else's for that matter. No thanks to broomhilda the supertramp. Hit and run well come out . Send her up the river ,Michael,or Heather.
