    Poor Lucy has een bounced around to so many people its suprizing to me that she knows or will remember any of them, sad storyline for the poor girl:(

    No, Avery should not raise Lucy! Avery is a powerhouse attorney and doesn't have the time. Let her take Lucy on play dates.

    Plus Daisy supposedly left a note on the computer which at this time can be seen as her last will and testament. Even Avery would honor that.

    Daniel lost custody of Lucy and for a good reason. He was deemed unfit to raise Lucy! And with the evidence, although circumstantial, Daniel's behavior speaks volumes.

    Daniel recently got so angry, he hit a desk (hard enough to bleed) weirdo , he hated Lucy's mom and equally wanted her to vanish and he didn't mind shouting in public places, he initially didn't even want Lucy and left town immediately after she was born (Daniel can hate the mom but don't abandon your child), he currently is obstructing justice by covering for an attempted murder suspect although it's his mom (I hope that will come out) and I'm still miffed about his work ethics. Does he work?

    Even if it's temporary custody until Daniel is able to prove he is worthy, I believe Daisy's parental wishes should be honored. Daniel can still remain a vital part of Lucy's life if doesn't get so angry he leaves town or in character does something stupid. Besides, Lucy is so young she wouldn't notice unless Daniel is not involved at all. IMO

    The poor girl shoulda stayed with Billy and Victoria, 2 people that doted on her hand and foot, since loosing Lucy Vic has become baby hungry (which I have feeling Chelseas baby dna test was altered) by Victor, probaly hoping his daughter would leave Billy. as for Lucay again this girl been bounced around by people too much, hopefully Daniel gets his crap together, and values what Daisy gave him (concientual or not)....they always Plame daisy for Shiela...I hope Lucy dont endure the same thing....plus I swore I read a spoiler way back they would find out Daisy wasnt Shielas daughter after all, does anyone have insight to that....be a big twist (turns out she was Laurens or something O.O)
