    I agree with the part about repairing the rift between Nick and Adam, but I really can't see them becoming BFFs. I think Phyllis would consider herself way above Chelsea (she definitely feels that way about Adam) plus Phyllis already has quite a few friends along with her sis/BFF, Avery.

    Chelsea is in need of a friend (besides Adam), but if the writers give her one, I'm kind of doubt it will be Phyllis.

    Dru and Sharon both had some humanity.

    Apart from all the obvious reasons for their to be no basis for friendship between Phyllis and Chelsea, I suspect if Chelsea has been running successful cons, she'd be a shrewd enough judge of people to know that Phyllis couldn't be trusted one inch.

    She probably can't, which is just another reason for Phyllis not to want to be friends with her.

    Thanks for adding to the reasons this friendship should never get off the ground.

    I will however add the usual disclaimer:

    As always, please take this comment with the disclaimer that it makes sense to me,as long as we assume the writers are sensible people, with some respect for the story as it has been told, up until now. Since these writers however, have already IMO shown themselves to be morons, with no respect for the history of the show, who knows what will actually happen.

    I really don't see it happening. Even though they have similar pasts I really don't think their personalities would make them compatible for friendship. Also Sharon is basically a nonfactor for Phyllis at this point so this common enemy connection would be weak for the moment. With the exception of Lauren Phyllis always struck me as a guys girl.

    Dru and Sharon had way more in common. They were coworkers at NE, they both hated Phyllis and they were both going through severe marital issues at the same time. I believe Dru moved in with Sharon at one point. I hate Sharon however I loved her friendship with Dru.

    I do agree that most people form friends with people in their age demographic. I know Nikki and Kay are supposed to be bff but I always saw that as a pseudo mother-daughter relationship.

    I really want Chloe and Chelsea to become friends. I think they would be a riot. I also would like for Harmony and Phyllis to become friends, I think their personalities would mesh better.
