I have read a lot of posts about Adam and Chelsey, saying they are so cute and so sweet together and I agree 100%, but I think Adam and Chelsey would be great as friends, their love scences do nothing for me. but every time I see scences with Adam and Sharon, I can feel the chemistry and the tension between them, and that is what I want to see in love in the afternoon, I think Chelsey knows this too, and so does Adam. we have Billy and Victoria, and Kevin and Chloe, for sweet and cute, even Lilly and Cane. I would like some exciting love scences and that is what Adam and Sharon provide with steamy love scences. Same with Nikki and Jack, they are better as friends, Nikki and Victor always have had great chemisty and belong together. And I do hope EB renews his contract, young and restless would not be the same without him. |

I agree... Chelsea and Adam are sticky sweet friends.... I am not buying the love fest they are being pimped as. They come off as siblings more often than not so another reason not to drink the Chadam kool aid, lol. |

I also agree about there being enough sweet couples already being sidelined in GC and would hate to see MM on that path. Lane, Katherine & Murphy, Chloe & Kevin..... all sweet and lovely but boring for the world of soaps. I get that there needs to be balance but I am not interested in seeing it everyday. Shadam brought a fire and heat to their scenes which is still evident in their casual run ins so I am hoping that the writers right their wrong here and bring them back. Sharon has been dumped on long enough, its time she got some happiness and the man she really wants without the hypocrites of GC raining on her parade. I agree Chelsea and Adam have a sibling or buddy type vibe between them, not a passionate or romantic one. It's too bad that the powers that be decided to break Shadam up. Even sadder that they did it in such a clumsy and unbelievable way, and even stupider that they had Adam getting over Sharon so quickly. She was the only woman he loved for so long, and she did so much and sacrificed so much for him, which based on older scenes, he recognized...just not believable that he would bounce back so quickly. But then these writers don't seem to worry very much about believable storylines or accurate details. Sometimes I wonder if they have a plot or plan at all, or if they just come in every morning and slap some dialogue down on paper. |

I agree about the abrupt Shadam break up and Adam suddenly moving on. One minute he is not able to look Chelsea in the eye and say he loves her, and the next he is down on one knee pledging his undying love to their easy relationship.... I got whiplash. I thought he was still sleeping on the couch, lol. I think with Shadam, it was about too many cooks in the kitchen. These writers seem easily swayed by the fickle folks. I say let the actors and chemistry speak for themselves and write to bring it out. |

Maybe just me.LOL |

I could totally buy a friendship between Adam and Chelsea but I see no passion. It's awkward and passionless. Sharon and Adam set my tvs on fire. You really felt like you were viewing a real relationship instead of a reel relationship. It was flat out great tv. I don't know why the writers ended it but I don't think it's gone for good. The ratings were always good which is the bottom line for a company and a soap. I have hope they will be back. |
